of the population are renters. So our next steps on this affordable housing plan, we're having a key stakeholders meeting on June 23rd. The mayor and Scott Zunker have been helping us to plan that meeting. We'll be working on refining the goals and strategies for the city of Las Vegas. We'll continue working on the vacant building inventory. And then we're looking at plan adoption in the fall, probably in September or October. I do have a team who's working on this project. It's not just me. That's me and my team members, and I stand for any questions or comments, and thank you for your time.

Thank you, Felicity. I just want to, I know you're working on it, but Also, thanks, Scott, because I know there's been a lot of communication and him, you know, you're interacting with him a lot on a lot of these issues. So thank you guys. With that, any questions?

We normally don't ask questions or, you know, discuss after a presentation. However, I just wanted to ask the mayor, will this, you know, affordable housing...

Plan or whatever it's called will that be part of the city's comprehensive plan and you guys have interacted yeah uh with the ones putting have we connected them yet I think so

And I just want to thank Felicity because my husband and I both sat down together to go through this and you gave a lot of really important, wonderful information. Thank you very much.

I just have a comment, Mr. Mayor. Thank you for the report, ma'am. I think when I look at the report, I look at some of the larger things that we're doing. One of those is the water, water treatment plant and the plan to acquire more water for the city of Las Vegas.

Put that information out to the community. I honestly believe that there's a lot more engagement. We're getting our money's worth. And also, I know I haven't said it, but Mr. Lucas, if you want to kind of announce that they're also helping with the tourism New Mexico True grant.
