Proclaim April 2026 as Fair Housing Month.

Approve Resolution No. 1007, amending the FY 25-26 budget to carry over FY 24-25 Capital Project and Equipment Replacement Funds in the amount of $9,470,724.

Authorize Brazoria County Mosquito Control to spray the city during heavy mosquito outbreaks from 2026 to 2031.

Authorize the Chief of Police to make changes to the TDECU Police Asset Forfeiture account for account access.

Award a contract to Android Construction Services, LLC for the Yaupon Street Waterline Boring Under SH 288 / 332 project in an amount not to exceed $388,672.30 as budgeted.

Approve a professional services agreement with Baker & Lawson, Inc., to provide engineering design and construction plans for the second phase of the Street Spot Repair Panel Bond Project for an amount not to exceed $240,158.

Approve Ordinance No. 2314, amending Ch. 62 Miscellaneous Offenses of the City of Lake Jackson Code of Ordinances to prohibit amplified sounds beginning at 10 p.m. Sunday through Thursday, and at 11 p.m. Friday and Saturday, and that will limit amplified sounds to certain decibel levels at all other times - second reading.

Discuss and consider the first reading of Ordinance No. 2315 for the disannexation of McElya SD (A0066 J E Groce) Lot Reserve Acres 16.79, which is located at the far western end of County Road 698.

Authorize the City Manager to execute Addendum 1- in the amount of $250,677, to pre-order the HVAC system for the police building under the Project Development Agreement with Johnson Controls, Inc., under the Equalis (R10-1143C) contract.

Approve the selection of Crain Group, LLC as the General Contractor and Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) for the 2025 Bond Project, which includes the Fire Station Renovation and Police Station Expansion. Also, authorize the City Manager to negotiate the contract terms and present them to the City Council for approval, and approve the City Manager to proceed with preconstruction services with Crain Group for $5000 to establish the Maximum Guaranteed Price (MGP) for the construction contract.
