Accept Board and Commission minutes:

Approve an increase in the authorized expenditure of $250,000 for electrical services with Boyer, Inc. (primary contractor) for electrical work at all city facilities, at an estimated cost of $750,000 per year.

Effective March 18, 2025, through March 31, 2027, as budgeted.

Authorize the City Manager to purchase water meters and related accessories from Aqua-Metric in an amount not exceeding $335,000 as budgeted.

Discuss the draft of an ordinance that will prohibit amplified sounds beginning at 10 p.m. Sunday through Thursday and 11 p.m. Friday and Saturday, and that will limit amplified sounds to certain decibel levels at all other times.

Approve the selection of three separate CMAR firms, Broaddus Construction, Construction Masters, and Noble Construction, for Step I of the CMAR selection for the Recreation Center Locker Room Renovations and authorize the City Manager to move to Step II and request proposals from the short-listed firms (City Project No. 25-13-1764).

Award the construction contract (City Project No: 25-05-0977) to the lowest and most qualified contractor, R&B Group, Inc., and authorize the City Manager to execute a contract for the Lift Station 1 & Force Main Replacement Project for $12,503,354.05, which includes the base bid, alternates 1, 2, and 3, extra work items, and a 10% City Contingency Allowance.
