Consider and possible action on approving a Resolution authorizing the re-amortization of the U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) Rural Development loan for Pete Dressen Housing and authorizing execution of USDA Form RD 3560-16, Re-amortization Agreement, Form RD 3560-9, Interest Credit Agreement, and related documents necessary to complete the re-amortization.

Consider and possible action on approving a Resolution regarding replacement insurance coverage for the Kyle Housing Authority; acknowledging and ratifying the use of an emergency/noncompetitive procurement process; establishing financial and coverage parameters; authorizing the Interim Executive Director to finalize, execute, and bind replacement insurance coverage within parameters established by the Board to ensure continuous coverage effective October 1, 2026; and providing related direction to staff.
