The City Council welcomes comments from Citizens. Those wishing to speak are encouraged to sign in before the meeting begins. Speakers may be provided with an opportunity to speak during this time period on any agenda item or any other matter concerning City Council business, and they must observe the three-minute time limit.

A proclamation recognizing Hispanic Heritage Month.

Consider approval of a Resolution authorizing a settlement agreement with the 6 Creeks petitioners, represented by Larry Gawlik and Victor Aellen, related to Docket No. 58988 before the Public Utility Commission of Texas, which provides for the withdrawal of the petition filed by the 6 Creeks petitioners in exchange for an agreement from the City to classify the 6 Creeks customers as inside-city customers beginning with first billing cycle of the new fiscal year, which starts on October 1, 2026.

Receive a report, hold a discussion, and provide staff feedback regarding future options for the Kyle Animal Shelter.

to conduct a safety and security training led by Kyle Police Department, which includes discussion of the deployment, or specific occasions for implementation, of security personnel, critical infrastructure, or devices;

to conduct a safety and security training led by Kyle Police Department, which includes the discussion of security assessments or deployments relating to information resources technology, and/or network security information, related to the City's critical infrastructure, emergency management, and/or security and public safety management.
