In accordance with federal regulations and requirements at 24 CFR part 91, the city of Kingston, New York has prepared a direct fiscal year 2026 annual action plan, a one-year planning document that identifies the amount of community development block grant funds expected to be available and the proposed use of those funds for the upcoming program year.
