Authorize the Mayor to enter into the Annual Audit Contract, on behalf of the City of Kings Mountain, as required by the North Carolina Local Government Commission, for the Fiscal Year Ending June 30, 2026, and authorize Jay Rhodes, Chairperson of the Kings Mountain Tourism Development Authority to execute the same on behalf of the authority.
