Tri-City Council - Special Meeting

Welcome, everybody. This is a special meeting of the Kingman City Council, held at 4 p.m. on Tuesday, July 28, 2026. I'd like to turn some time over to our city clerk, Annie Meredith, for a roll call. I'm waiting there, too. I'm waiting there, too. Item number two, agenda items. And then three, there's nothing skipping down to three, executive session. 3A, FAA land release negotiation. Staff requests that council go into executive session pursuant to ARS 38-431.07. three a four to provide direct direction regarding the negotiation of the FAA land release discussion and possible action can we have a motion then for council to go into executive session so moved we have a motion we have a second all those in favor say aye aye any opposed we're going into executive session we'll be back Clerk Meredith, are we ready? Okay, thank you. Okay, we are back from executive session, and we have come to the conclusion that we need to make a motion. If we can have a motion to direct our city manager to carry out negotiations as directed, and the final results will be presented at a future council meeting for approval. Can we have that motion?
