Tonight, a master plan for Dog Area Park is being brought in which Barnesfield Park and Dog Area and Versailles Park will be included. Okay, let's start. Thank you. Bansfield Park and Dauberman Westside Park have served our community since the 1980s. In the initial construction of Bansfield Park, two football fields, four baseballs, diamonds, two picnic shelters, a playground, a residential toilet, a swimming pool and a fitness course were included. In the last four years, Park and Manoranjan have completed a disc golf course, upgraded the field lighting with LED bulbs on Field A, and changed the playground to a playground after more than 20 years of life. Currently, we are using 30 out of 144 acres of property. There is a picnic table and a beach area in Tog and Visite Park, where now 4 out of 7.3 acres are available for use. Using the initial data, Maggie developed an initial plan, which we kept for the second phase of the public opinion by the end of 2025. The main priorities of the community are seen here. So, the reconstruction of the reality stand and toilets, looking at the fishing pond, which is actually the main place where the county dug the soil to build the baseball field and the football field, we cannot do it the same way as we used to do in the 80s. That's why they did this for us, but it has definitely gone out of its use. For now, this is a football field and a small league-sized baseball field. Our proposal is to convert it into three small league-sized fields. We will give it to Little League on lease, we will run it ourselves. It will depend on the number of employees. But now we are giving them a house. During the season, the Little League puts up portable fencing on big softball fields. But if we can organize a softball tournament for the West Coast on the weekend, then we have to remove those fans and doing this again and again is a challenge. That's why if we have three little league-sized fields for our youth, it will be very helpful. For this, there should also be a real stand and a toilet facility. There is a lake right behind this station. The entire trail network is flat. When we sat down with Magill to start this process, we found that this area is very wet. And so instead of spending $100,000 on wetlands, we chose places to sit and see. And that's why our areas are like they are because we knew they had the ability to grow. We know that we have spent all our money in this area. We should know this very well. That you can't do anything else except trails there. That you can't do anything else except trails there. Just for your information, Bhura Ghar is in the boundaries of the county. Currently, it is used for departmental storage. I have soil, soil, marking chalk and many such interesting things. This will be a facility through which we can earn some money, whether we drive it ourselves or rent it from outside. One thing with the park and entertainment is that all our activities are independent. You know that the County General Fund keeps the park and pays for full-time workers. But whatever activities we do, we use its payment. As you know, we pay on the basis of baseball and softball. We pay on the basis of soccer for the crowd. That money goes back and in the same way, we pay for new bases, fencing and other such things. It is a little difficult to fix fencing because it is a little expensive. But if we have a bad cage net that needs to be fixed or a netting for LCR or goals, then all this comes from our activity fund, whose payment is made by our users.

So Charanbadh Vikas Yojana Park is based on the recommendation of the Manoranjan Salahkar Samiti and it is not a stone's throw. As our county is growing and changing, we need to arrange some of these priorities again. The current recommendation is that Bansfield be restored to its original state and that it be completed due to age and ADA issues. Parking and roads will be improved so that we can actually provide parking facilities and it can be made a little safer. In the second phase, dog parks, trails and ponds will be included in Barnesfield, which will include a picnic shelter and the possibility of building a ghat in the pond. Picnic shelter and playgrounds will be added in Wayside. In the third phase, athletic grounds in Barnesfield and a ghat will be built in Boardwalk and PTOIC in Wayside. And then in the fourth term, for Barn Street, Kheilkot, camping and entertainment will be available. For this plan, money is available from many sources. In the last five years, developers have provided a strong foundation for data center and Avasi development. By using those proposals as a local combination for Bhujal Sanrakshan Nidhi Anuradhan, our money can be doubled effectively. No, we have not done any traffic analysis, no traffic impact analysis or anything like that. We have discussed whether we will get the reach here or not and whether it will remain open. or will it remain open only for operations and I think it will depend on development and how it happens. So Shri David Brickley, who is the owner of the trail, his LLC name is Reddswood Doe Hauzaan. Throughout his career, he has tried his best to make the trail a state-owned property. He is the former head of DCR and was a state representative from Prince William County. So he is the owner of the trail. He is working with DCR and Trust for Public Land and Friends Group. There has always been a doubt that William's family, who was the owner of the trail before Shri Brickley, had kept those rights with them or at least kept a large part of those rights with them. I might be able to give you some answers about trying to get water to that park. I've been here for almost a year. That's why I'm still learning about King George. I was going to say thank you for coming and we are mainly trying to get acquainted with all the activities going on in King George. Because the comm plan is about to be completed. We are looking for people who have the most information. So I think that for me, maybe everyone should give an update about the Service Authority, that what is it, what does it do? We should give an explanation of the changes that have taken place in the last few years and maybe according to you, our limits and capabilities are going to increase.

Again, I wanted to give you a presentation, so please forgive me if I am not as organized as I should be. But in any case, I believe that the Service Authority was established in 1992. I believe that our current President is behind this, and if I make a mistake, he can probably correct me. And as far as I know, and since I have been here, it has become clear that in the beginning of 1990, the service authority had been made by several developers. And unfortunately, developers used to do things in a very ordinary way, especially 30, 40, 50 years ago. Create a system that provides water instead of personal wells, or possibly a water supply system that depends on what is in the property and there can be a septic system on the site. And there can be a septic system on the site. So you have a lot of old systems here that have been in service for more than three decades. And many of those useful lives have ended without having enough food in that basic diet. Otherwise, it has never been made according to that principle, the way we make things today. Let me tell you clearly that there are two religious laws that control our work. And I consider myself a universal health activist. I am a universal health activist. I take clean water very seriously. And there are a lot of people who don't even know that the water you buy in a bottle in 7-Eleven doesn't fall on that tank. The water that comes from your own well is not checked and it doesn't fall on those tanks. So there are two laws. The first is the Safe Paysal Adenium, which I think was passed in 1973. It implements those laws that decide how we operate the water supply and irrigation systems. If you are a customer of the King George Service Program, then all the water you get in the county is sewage. The second law is the Clean Water Act, which implements the use of clean water in our current water treatment systems. It has reached the county at this time, although its number will soon be 4. I will come back to this. But it implements those things as well, such as the need for permits to return water to the surface or to leave it in groundwater, but the surface water, i.e. the PTOIC river So, again, technically, there are nine types of Sarvajanik. Now, we have combined three of them and made seven. So, there was a courthouse system, and then there was a circle system, which was small, and then there was another Canterbury. These three have been joined together in the past 12 to 24 months or they are now working as a system. We are still working with Viraji because you get permits for each well and for each system. And now when we have added a small system to a big system, we will have to add those permits. But now instead of 9 systems, we have 7 systems left. I want to say that Fairview Beach, PTOIC landing, St Paul Church, Owains, Togrin, NOS system, which is a very small system on the other side of 301. Am I forgetting someone else? Sea Cathy and Courthouse. So I think they are together. And then there are five Apshesh Chajal centers, which serve five different groups of people. There is one at the Perkins corner behind the Park and Recycling Center. There is a big water tank in the Hop Yard. There is one in Oakland Park, which is the other water source. I forgot. I think this is basically an audio park. And there is one in Fairview Beach. Did I mention the name of the water tank or just the name? I think I forgot one. Anyway, the Perkins tank is being shut down. And this is being done with a compromise with the state of Virginia. It was really not working properly. I don't think it is necessary that it should be made properly. And within the last week, we have cut off the last parts of the customers, such as the courthouse and the sheets. I mean the new courthouse, in which we are still getting water supply in the Perkins Centre, it has been stopped. We have for the organization, There are probably two or three, and there is a connection. All the water is now being pumped into the hop yard system, which has gained a lot of modernization and innovation in the last year. We have to use one more system. So in the future, we will have only four water systems. And then the next system is going to be closed. Also, we have not been pressured by the state to do this, but this is going to happen in the near future. The system will have to be shut down in Oakland Park and then it will have to be connected to the hop yard system. So we will only stay on three. This will not reduce the capacity. We will increase the capacity of all the wastewater systems so that it can be ensured that they can reproduce the existing wastewater. And what do we expect in terms of development? Now let's come back to the water aspect, which I believe is more important. I am sure that a person cannot live without water for more than three days. You can live without food for 30 days. You will need water. And as I said, it is safe to drink water. We check more than 90 chemical substances in our water every year. Some are checked every day, some every week, and some every month. This is difficult. I don't want to bore you with all this today. But if you are interested, I would like to give you more information. I will again say that we are very serious about this. This is a public health issue. We have old distribution systems. Sometimes these systems get leaked, which have been happening for a long time. Now we have a powerful program where we find such pits, keep an eye on them, correct them, correct them, and their records are unfortunately not good. In the last month and a half, we have received many calls about the pits in front of the library. We don't want people to call us and say that they don't think there is a water problem because we can't see anything.
