RS-26-087 Consider a memorandum/resolution authorizing an interlocal agreement with TML-IRP to provide group critical illness coverage, as required by House Bill 4144, retroactively effective January 1, 2026.

RS-26-088 Consider a memorandum/resolution appointing Councilmembers to various boards, commissions and committees.

RS-26-089 Consider a memorandum/resolution awarding Bid No. 26-16, W.S. Young and I-14 Drainage and Landscape Project, to Gage & Cade Construction LLC, in the amount of $452,113.50.

RS-26-091 Consider a memorandum/resolution approving a petition submitted by James Rich, requesting release from the City of Killeen Extraterritorial Jurisdiction (ETJ) for approximately 6.5 acres of land being Lots 3 and 4, Block 1, out of D.W. Wallace Addition. The subject properties are generally located southwest of the intersection of Farm-to-Market Highway No. 2484 and Brewer Road, Salado, Texas.

RS-26-092 Consider a memorandum/resolution approving a fireworks display permit application for two public fireworks displays to be conducted at the Killeen Municipal Court and the Killeen Athletic Complex on July 4, 2026.

PH-26-016 Hold a public hearing and consider an ordinance submitted by Shana Bailey on behalf of Y & J Investments Management, Inc. (Z26-09) to rezone approximately 0.04 acres out of Lot 1, Block 1, Y & J Addition from "B-3A" (Local Business and Retail Alcohol Sales District) to "B-C-1" (General Business and Alcohol Sales District). The subject property is locally addressed as 1103 West Veterans Memorial Boulevard, Suite 105, Killeen, Texas.
