Case 26-18: Major Group Development Proposal:
Applicant Dylan Casey of BRNG LLC, on behalf of property owners Lynwood H Horton, Carl J Horton, Douglas L Bouknight, Ronnie Carroll Hall, and Russel A Horton requests approval of a Major Group Development application to construct a natural gas electric generation plant on approximately 764 acres. The subject property is located on the west side of Timrod Road, approximately ¼ mile northwest of the intersection with Youngs Bridge Road and to the east and south of Boise Cascade Road. The property is currently zoned RD-2 (Rural Resource District), and identified as TMS# 106-00-00-014, 123-00-00-006, 106-00-00-002, 106-00-00-001, 123-00-00-079 and 123-00-00-017.
