Case 26-19: Text Amendment Proposal:
An Ordinance to Amend the Kershaw County, South Carolina Unified Code of Zoning and Land Development Regulations (ZLDR), to add Section 3:4.2-19 to add Directional Signs for Hospital and Medical Facilities regulations, and to amend Section 3:4.5-1 Prohibited Signs and Prohibited Sign Characters and Section 3:4.11-2 Off-Premise Advertising to exempt directional signs for hospital and medical facilities.
Case 26-20: Text Amendment Proposal:
An Ordinance to Amend the Kershaw County, South Carolina Unified Code of Zoning and Land Development Regulations (ZLDR), to amend Section 5:2.2 to clarify that subdivision of land under the exempt subdivision conditions are only exempt to the subdivision standards of the Zoning and Land Development Regulations, and that parcels created by these exempt subdivision provisions may be considered part of a Larger Common Plan (LCP) as defined by the South Carolina Department of Environmental Services (SCDES) NPDES General Permit For Stormwater Discharges From Construction Activities.
Case 26-21: Text Amendment Proposal:
An Ordinance to Amend the Kershaw County, South Carolina Unified Code of Zoning and Land Development Regulations (ZLDR), amend Section 5:1.4-5 Systems To Include Fire Hydrants to further clarify fire hydrant requirements in major and minor subdivision submittals.
