We're here to request council's approval to enter into a loan agreement with the Ohio EPA's Department of Environmental Financial Assistance for the Water Reclamation Facilities Influent Headworks Building project. The project replaces the initial treatment processes located at where the sewage comes into the plant. This project we've discussed for a while. It's in the budget and it's been in the capital plan, including the loan for this amount and including the payback for it. So we're here seeking your approval.
