Aye. Yeah, we have been in search of finding this agreement to no avail. Checked with Dean at the cemetery to no avail for our records. He didn't have We have checked with everybody including the city trying to find this agreement between the city and township. Um and we cannot find one. So, we've checked with the county as well. Um so, I wanted to bring it to your attention. Um we have a private auditor right now who's asking for an agreement for this money that we pay to the cemetery. So, I think that is probably something that we're going to have to tackle and come up with something. Um so, we'll have to move forward on on getting together and have a conversation about that. Okay. Draft 2026-39. A joint resolution of the Board of

Trustees of Franklin Township and the Council of the City of Kent, Ohio, pursuant to Ohio Revised Code Section 759.34, determining that the rate of taxes to be levied upon the taxable property of said municipality and said Township for cemetery purposes for the tax year of 2026 shall be and hereby is fixed in amount equal to 0.60 mills for the City of Kent, 0.60 mills for Franklin Township, and declaring an emergency.
