9b discussion possible action to award rfp 2026-06 for grant administrative services

Based on the scorecard, there is a clear winner. But again, as I said, we may have to decide. I just don't know about, like, price and stuff.

I don't know if it probably is that way, but I don't know what he was working with. I know he didn't go to the networks, you know, Justin. Isn't that something they've done? Okay, great. I'll go over to you. As far as the grant administrator, you have to be clear to come in. You will get a scoring when you see the section that's highlighted below. That's after every one of the grader is graded. You have graded the graders. You took everyone's averages and across. Looking at them, the one that graded higher was grade number eight, which is Provision.

Are you familiar with Provision? We are familiar with Provision.

They have helped throughout here. on several things throughout the city before as a general contractor. Being there on a few things, they have helped with several items. I'm also familiar with GrantWorks, who was one of the second hires, or excuse me, third hires. Those are the two that I'm most familiar with. Any other questions? If I had to go with one, I'm going to go with Provisional because I voted in the most. Either that or GrantWorks because I have that. If there were one that I had not voted in and had not done pedigree, I would vote not in. And I favor the vote in both of those. There are some that are bigger grants and I'm going to go with one. Some that are smaller grants and I'm going to go with the other. Cost-wise, everything else I think Provisional is the best position. So I would probably vote for GrantWorks.

Five bidders came in on this one. Big one is the highest one we did. However, everybody was broke. I'm not embarrassed to admit it. Correct. And what we budgeted for this was about 20 days, if I remember correctly, as far as we budgeted for this item. So that's why the second highest order wanted to be qualified during that. Again, another guest. Also, Black Ridge, first one to the number one, was giving you 60 hours total per month, while VA's VR assistance was giving you three hours a week. So your recommendation would be VR assistance? I would recommend VR assistance.

I can say in my business world, I work with VR assistance as well. And I just worked with one last week with one of my customers.

that covered twice in the last six months, and I've been grateful for that. And also, I did reach out to IT, because I was concerned with the law we had, specifically, like, hey, how do you deal with IT, and how do you deal with IT, and for any of them, that was a good one. not that they are not . That's part of kind of what's happening with technology . So if we do have . That's a good training . Because now it is.

I will say that if they do get engaged and start getting to know your clients or folks that you're doing business with, you're much more likely to go junk mail and sometimes it won't go even in a fizzing just because it's coming from the building.
