Amending Chapter 10, Code of Ordinances, “Alcoholic Beverages,” by repealing and replacing Section 10-266 for the purpose of applying the section 10-242 probationary period and criteria to any approved change in control or majority change in ownership of a business that results in the issuance of a new license and requiring informational notice to eligible Neighborhood Associations, Home Associations, the Kansas City Police Department, and the City Council of the change in control or majority change in ownership.
