Okay. Secretary's report from the fire department. We have a bunch of withdrawals in in from the list. For the fire department, applicant number 51, Samuel Rhodes, withdrew on 11/04/2025. Applicant number 53, Alberto Rodriguez, withdrew on 07/30/2025.

Sophia Glaubez, applicant number 55, removed for failure to meet requirements on 11/07/2025. Epkin 57, Braden Glennon withdrew on 07/28/2025. Epkin 59, plunge, removed failure to meet requirements. Good afternoon, commissioners. I've reviewed the work history of sergeant candidate Michael Polly and found throughout his career and received numerous awards, including several commendations and unit merit awards, letters of appreciation from citizens. In addition, his disciplinary record in the last five years reveals only one, three day suspension in 2022, and oral reprimands in 2123, and '25 for minor department policy violations. As a result, I find no cause to prevent him from performing his duties if promoted to the rank of sergeant. Thank you.
