We have two items. The first is the resolution for improvement under the Illinois Highway Code authorizing the appropriation of motor fuel tax funds for the College Avenue South Main Street Improvements Project. Section 10-00121-01-PV. And our next item is the resolution approving Central Illinois Land Bank Authority Intergovernmental Agreement and Bylaws Intergovernmental agreement for acquisition of certain properties through abandonment proceedings and authorizing Community Development Director Brian Nyberg as the City of Jacksonville representative for the Central Illinois Land Bank Authority Board.

Resolution declaring Jacksonville Police Department Special Response Team ballistic helmets as surplus and authorizing a matter of disposal.

Thank you, we have two items tonight. The first is resolution authorizing partial pay estimate number two with Turner Painting and Construction for the cleaning and painting of the south 1.6 million gallon sludge storage tank at the wastewater treatment plant. And number two, resolution authorizing payments from the Water Works and Sewage Projects Fund for services rendered improvement projects, and I so move.

new business but it should have been old but darcella did a great job representing the city of jacksonville uh yes or saturday at the juneteenth and she really did a good job so thank you darcel and thank you to the fire department for really doing a nice job this evening with the trucks and thanks to the alderman as well you guys are the ones that have kept kept them going as far as good solid funding for their needs and it's it works across the board with all our departments and it's very much appreciated so thank you to the alderman any other new business at this time or old business Okay, seeing none, is there a motion to adjourn?
