It's free event for anyone in the community to come out and um I think I sent this to everyone so you'd have a chance to look at it if there are any questions.

The second is a resolution authorizing the waiver of advertisements for bids and accepting proposal from Bobcat of Springfield for the purchase of a Bobcat skid steer for the Jacksonville Maintenance Department. Next week it'll be on site to put the things that we have collected as a group and community to put in it uh with the help of the uh the museum folks um you know alderman you know if there's letters you want it's it still can for the public. If Lily wants to write a letter to herself in 50 years do it. And I think those are the neat things. Um there might be some surprises too in there. So I won't be around to see it, so I'm going to really throw something in there. But um that will start at 5:30 and it'll be a quick ceremony. Um there'll be some cookies. And then after that ceremony, we'll just come back here and start up a meeting at six. So it's kind of to build an audience. I mean, a lot of people is you don't really it's not your you're burying something and you we just wanted a quick hitter. It was last year the bsentennial. However, we felt it was appropriate to kind of get the interest going on the 250 years of our nation's birthday, too. And why not with our burial and then really kick off some things that we have planned for the 250
