For the past year, our Rotary Club Carter Center has been working closely with Latoya Thomas and Roni Mason, who are living in the Carter Center. I am Ellen Glaser. I live on 260 Beach Avenue in Atlantic Beach. After I left my public office, I helped to use a non-profit organization that was known to be a property of the beaches. We do not accept the behavior of the public. We have operated as a non-profit school. Even though we have set up shelters on beaches for decades, we started getting up about three and a half years ago. Through our efforts, we have provided accommodation for 4,000 Thiladikam people at night, including schools, cold night shelters, temporary facilities, shelters, and other night shelters. They are things of one night. I am happy to say that we are a social service agency. The operation of Mission House and the S.W.C. is also very active. We are working closely with our police officers and city leaders. And you know, we are all in this together. So, I want to talk about the point in time count. Therefore, even though we are a part of Egeekritha County and we are responsible for the services of the county, there are at least four programs that we have not been able to get back from Jacksonville.
