I must say that they did an incredible job there. I have the results under my eyes and I would simply mention that the Volusia Surf Racing Corps competed in the small beach division, the C division, or less than 50 active rescuers and finished 6th with a total of 52 points. The winner was Deerfield Beach with 480 points, that's a lot of points, but I don't really know, they got all that. But I think 52 is a reasonable number for a team of three people, for a team of three people. Jacksonville Beach's coastal rescue team was in division B with 51 to 200 rescuers and their total points were 146. 0.60 We sometimes get additional points if we are in a team with another group. In division A, which has more than 200 active rescuers, there is the county of Sussex in the New England region and their total was 1.560 points. And when you bring 40 competitors, you can sometimes score more than 1-0-0 points. Then there was Cal State, the county of LA, and a few other organizations. I just wanted to say that I was impressed by the efforts made by the rescue team of Jacksonville and the VLC. They represented the 30,250 well. The event that gave rise to this ordinance was, as mentioned by Councilor Golding, a viral video showing someone mistreating an animal in a nearby dog park. The ordinance also provides for a reintegration procedure if there is, for any reason, a misunderstanding on the events.

My only concern is that, you know, if this is taken literally, if someone reported an incident concerning a neighbor who does not appreciate, this person could be banned from the park, whether it is founded or not. I imagine that we would conduct an investigation to determine this, but this is the only problem I have with the term, that under investigation, rather than if we really conclude the legitimacy of the complaint.
