Announcements, Committee Reports, and Commission Reports are for the purpose of presenting brief comments or reports, are subject to California Government Code Section 54954.2 of the Brown Act and are limited to 15 minutes, 3 minutes per member of the Planning Commission. In addition, the Chair shall receive any necessary additional time to delivery announcements of community events and opportunities.
