Um, new business, first reading, uh, 4.92 acres on Harbor Lane near Kelly's Cove subdivision to be brought into the city of Hurricane. Andy?
Yes. This is the developer Alan Bell has purchased a couple parcels and put those together and he is requesting annexation of the city limits to to build town homes. So Andy and I have looked at as well as others uh in administration and be a very good thing for all of us to do. He's going to build regardless there and we like working with uh with AB contracting. I actually I would just uh I would have you do a motion to deny because we have a couple other interest parties that have reached out over the last couple weeks and so since we've only had one reading on it. Do a deny. Start over. Yeah, just deny this and and we'll start over with those other couple of land owners that are requesting it. Okay.
