Planning Commission - Regular Meeting

I'm going to be serving as the zoning administrator today. And it is currently 10 o'clock on Thursday, September 3rd. I'm going to call the meeting of the zoning administrator to order. Are there any modifications to the agenda? Seeing none, I'm going to move right into the consent calendar. The way the consent calendar works is that I'm going to read the items I'm going to read the items that are on the consent calendar. If you have no questions and are fine with them as they are, you don't need to do anything. If you have questions and would like to talk about it, raise your hand somehow beside me and I will pull it off consent calendar and we will discuss those individually. So the first item on the Consent calendar is a 100 coastal development permit and special permits. This is in the Oreck area. This is a modification to a previously approved coastal development permit, which originally allowed a 1,450 square foot manufactured home. It's currently going to be replaced by a 1,584 square foot manufactured home in the same location. Is there anybody who would like to discuss this item? and raise your hand or somehow contact or flag me and I'll pull it off if you'd like to. Otherwise, if nobody flags me, I'm going to take action on it just as it's recommended in the staff report. So I'm not seeing any hands. So I'm gonna move to the next item. And that's the Bureau Fiber Network. It is a coastal development permit. And it is in many locations within the greater Eureka area. It's in the coastal zone. So this is an application to install fiber, both underground and above ground. within the coastal zone of the County of Humboldt. Is there anybody who would like to discuss this item? Let's see. I'm not seeing any hands up. Not seeing anybody move. So I'm going to leave that on. So it is a decision this morning of the zoning administrator to approve both the Humford Coastal Development Permit and special permits as recommended in the staff report and to approve the Vero Fiber Network Coastal Development Permit.
