Good morning. My name is Sean Ford. I'm going to be serving as the zoning administrator this morning. And I'm going to call the meeting of the zoning administrator for the July 16th, 2026 meeting to order right at 10 o'clock. I know we don't have any agenda changes or modifications. We have one item on the consent calendar. which is a continuance to a date uncertain. So it is the decision of the zoning administrator to continue this to a date uncertain. As I see nobody else in the audience, I don't think that's going to be a problem. So that's continued off the zoning administrator calendar.
