Thank you chair Wilson. Is the intention of the board to meet in closed session pursuant to California government code sections five four nine five four point five and five four nine five seven in order to consider the public employee appointment for the position of the director of library services. It is also the intention of the board to meet in closed session pursuant to California government code section five four nine five six point nine d two and e three in order to discuss exposure to litigation in one potential case regarding email correspondence submitted by Jeff Wills on behalf of AllPoints Advertising Inc.

Thank you. And again supervisor Bone is attending it remote pursuant to code section five four nine five three point eight three. I'm going to go to public comment on this. Is there any public comment online?

Thank you, chair Wilson. With regard to item d one, the board voted unanimously to appoint Humboldt County Library Operations Manager Sean Hinman as the interim director director of library services effective 05/08/2026. And there was no reportable action taken with regard to item D2.
