26-0056 Environmental Awareness Committee Priorities Discussion
Brief Description: Environmental Awareness Committee Chair will be present to discuss priorities of the committee.
26-0057 Communications Update
Brief Description: Staff will provide an update on recent activities related to emergency communications and the protocols and tools used to communicate during incidents; coordination of community event communications.
26-0058 Temporary Special Events
Brief Description: Staff are reviewing temporary special event and vendor requirements, along with relevant Fire Code provisions, to ensure all regulations are current, clearly defined, and aligned with operational and public safety needs.
26-0059 Food Trucks
Brief Description: At the request of City Council members, staff are reviewing the City's applicable ordinances and permitting processes related to the operation of food trucks in residential neighborhoods..
TMP-8586 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 478 OF THE CODIFIED ORDINANCES; AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY.
Brief Description: The ordinance amends Chapter 478 and addresses concerns raised prior to Ordinance No. 25-119 and new issues that have emerged after implementation.
26-0060 Clinton Crossing Update
Brief Description: City staff will present and update on the project and community engagement currently underway
26-0061 Excess General Fund Carryover Balance
Brief Description: This is a discussion with Council about the use of the General Fund excess carryover balance. City Council previously passed an ordinance stating which, if any, existing unfunded infrastructure project(s) should be completed with the excess General Fund carryover balance, so that not less than 50% of the excess be spent on infrastructure. Staff has prepared a list for Council to consider.
