We have finished the first steps of the renovations on the south side of the Valley Street skatepark. This includes the removal of the concrete slab and the existing ramp in view of a renovation. We call on the American Ramp Company. They played an essential role in the construction of the current skate park. The improvements will include a new concrete slab, a new 7.30 m wide ramp with different features that will also allow to fill all the existing cracks in the park. There are two things that should be repaired from the start. And they are the roof and the ground. When you build a house, you start from the bottom and you go up. Most people, when they repair a house, start from the top and go down. The only problem is that if you put a new roof, and then you have to work on the subfloor and lift anything, you run the risk of tearing the roof. So you have to work on these two things at the same time. So the first thing to do is one of these two things. They have to start progressing on one or the other of these two things or on both.
