We will begin tonight's meeting. I would like to state for the record that Tannahall and have not received any monetary offer other or otherwise from AES or BESF, contrary to the rumor put on Facebook by a citizen. The fire department is in negotiations with them for equipment and training. Please keep in mind, everything you see on Facebook is not always the truth. The board members are always open to the public, and so the meetings are recorded. Thank you for your concerns. The only other thing I would like to announce, we had the open house for our community center Sunday. We had a really good turnout, we think between 300 and 250. We had the ribbon cutting, it has been turned over to the town already. The town hall would like to thank all the people that came to the open house on June 7th at the new staff at Ron Community Center for the great success and the wonderful donations to the town. We are accepting reservations for this year and beyond. Please call the town hall at 536-3640 during working hours to reserve the hall or ask questions. Thanks so much to Steve Hankey for the huge gift to our community. Two additions to that. We had voted last month that we were gonna pay for the retaining wall on the other side because of the storm water going down into the next building, the fear of that. But Steve graciously paid that $8,100, so we do not have to pay for it. Also, we were looking for a bid on a parking lot, which was around $12,000. He also graciously paid for that, so we counted it. Really, really want to thank you. Me also paid for all the lens, which we're trying to keep alive right now. Those are the two things I have to say. Anybody have any comments? I just want to make sure I threw that out there so everybody knew.

2:19Speaker 3

Melanie, let's address that handrail for the retaining wall.

2:24 – 3:22Speaker 2

We did talk about it, putting one there. But when I asked... Kirstein's and also pressures I said do we need a handrail on there because it is ground level it's not above it it's only five I think ground level to the to the building but it's only about five foot tall he said if it was over five foot tall we would need to put a railing on but since it wasn't over five foot it was not required so that's just the information I got For safety reasons, since there are steps down, steps up, and the rail is not five foot tall, you do not have to put a handrail. And everything over there is landscaping, so if you're walking across to the wall, you're walking in another landscape. There's a sidewalk over there. I mean, if you guys are all okay with that, I'm fine.

3:22Speaker 3

If we feel it's a problem, I think we can look at it.

3:35Speaker 2

You want to go first? Sure. Since we're here? Yeah.

3:41 – 5:52Speaker 4

So I'll comment a little bit on what you had with what's going on on the internet or Facebook, whatever. So I'm not familiar with anything with you and AES. All right. We as the fire department ourselves have submitted information to them for support for uh the new station and uh refurbishment for truck with 601 which is the town truck uh so we have submitted all of that i have not heard anything back uh so i'm waiting on that uh probably take a couple of weeks before i hear anything back on that The updated plume studies, we have not got back yet. We're still waiting on those. We had them resubmit and go through another different couple of scenarios with the typical winds and wind directions and stuff like that we typically see in this area. So they're redoing all of that. I should be getting that any time. I did not submit to them anything about we're looking for certain dollar amounts or anything like that. We just submitted the info. Here's where we're at, especially with the fire station and all that. We don't have a timeline per se. We just let them know that we do have the ground purchase and all of that. Which is good. Up on inspect, up on if they want and they will I'm sure we can submit to them the actual specs and the design of the building. We have all of that at the ready so we can send all that to them if they need it.

5:54 – 6:25Speaker 3

I asked you about if you respond once this is up and running if you respond at the point that you are sent out and if you have any damage to equipment and everything to have an agreement with aes saying they are responsible that way the town would be for like turnout here scbas correct poses anything that is that i would like to see if you guys can do a contract with them so yes we can work on that with them as well typically what we do like with any typical

6:28 – 6:57Speaker 4

whatever it is accident fire related or anything of the sort we always submit information and cost to the insurance company for whatever situation especially if we have damaged equipment or whatever we always submit all that to them with full respect that they help us out with them and that's all stuff that we'll discuss with them as well and also if

7:02 – 7:29Speaker 3

site for longer than we would only pay one run one run for an hour or whatever it is so whoever's here might lose out on a whatever how many hours so that's typically how we work on a house fire scene anyway okay okay yeah so we submit all of that with our you can call it an invoice if you will that we submit to

7:30 – 8:55Speaker 4

really insurance companies but we just don't want anybody to lose out on wages correct if they're out because that's going to be not just a it could be how far time it could be dates it could be yeah it could be simple it could be 12 hours could be whatever sure so we just don't want you guys to lose out on pain yeah and whoever is someone who doesn't want to go to the scene is fine yeah no i anybody decides they don't want to go i'm not going to right i'm not going to hold anybody accountable at all no i'm perfectly fine with that We are currently in work with Honeybird, since they're kind of the sister to this process, going over different scenarios and different setups for mutual aid between the two of us with trucks and getting water to the whatever, wherever. Uh, so we're in process of that. We've already had one table top kind of discussion about it. Uh, next coming up here, I believe in the next several weeks, we'll get together again and do an actual run through, uh, with trucks. So we are working with them on some training with that. And, uh, I've communicated with Donnie about some of that and some of the other

8:55 – 9:26Speaker 2

things we may need and we talked about different uh like air quality stuff uh we're in the process of looking at different equipment for that so the only reason why i brought it up is it was posted that the town turned down the thousands hundreds of thousands of dollars we didn't get any offer i get it and i want to make sure everybody knew you guys were in the location because that's Who is one better at working?

9:26Speaker 4

Yeah. Yeah.

9:28Speaker 2

Yeah. That's the only reason why I brought it up.

9:31Speaker 2

We did not turn down any money.

9:33 – 9:49Speaker 4

Sure. So that's kind of where we're at right now. So if I have, you know, I'll stay in contact as I get more info and we'll move on from there.

9:50Speaker 3

I don't know anything else past that. Yeah.

9:52Speaker 2

Yeah, we appreciate you guys reaching out to them. And I think that you guys did apply for the platform training.

10:00Speaker 4

We did. We did apply for.

10:02Speaker 2

June 26th, 27th. Yeah, it'd be the 2027.

10:05Speaker 4

Yeah, they just opened.

10:08Speaker 2

Why they didn't get out the information faster.

10:11 – 12:26Speaker 4

That's how they do it. That's how it works. They give you a short window and then you just jump all over it, right? Yeah. I forget. I don't remember. There was a lot. Yeah, there was a lot. So yeah, we've got a bunch of that submitted out there too for different things. Some of it we can't even submit for building stuff, but it's more equipment related. We're always working on that with different grants. Aside of all of that, other thing one other concern as the department with the new facility uh in town that we're uh we're a little bit worried about as a department and that's parking for us for any time there's a situation and we need to get here and we can't get in it's like we almost have to park in the street it's scenario oh Uh, I know when you guys did the open house and then other things that have gone on down here, there was like really nowhere to go with that. So, um, I know we don't have a lot of places to park and begin with it. Uh, but didn't know you guys' thoughts on that, or if you want to beat it around or whatever, but, uh, especially if there's something going on down there, one of us, we were going to try to get ahold of Trent or whichever one's on duty. If somebody's parking in front of the station, uh, you know, that's definitely no, uh, any, but as far as from outside of that area, I know we can't do anything in front of the doors. I know we can't do anything in front of the Lincoln. Uh, we have a little bit of room between us, between us and the insurance company. The only other places we got right in front of your yard. Yeah. So I don't know if there's anything we can do just in this block. Like if we do have a situation, is there a way that we can just shut this down?

12:26 – 12:48Speaker 3

If we have an event, we know an event, maybe we could put no parking like barriers up on the corner to the first bay. And then maybe on Vicki's side, the same thing. And if you guys have a run, you of course either run over them or move them out of the way. Yeah. mean, I would be that would probably be the easiest thing for right now till we figure out something else.

12:49Speaker 2

Yeah, stay or anything.

12:52Speaker 4

That's just part of it is what it is.

12:56 – 13:08Speaker 2

And you know, not a single there was one car parked in the parking lot. And he has told us that if he doesn't have something coming in, they're welcome to park in his parking lot.

13:08 – 13:23Speaker 3

Park here. And then we have a little bit of parking. And we we do open It's already been not an issue, but even when the Legion has stuff over here. Yeah, I've seen parks at both sides down the street.

13:23Speaker 4

And if we have something, you know, we're going to park a block away and have to run.

13:28Speaker 2

Well, I have always wanted to put yellow line all the way to the curb there and yellow line on this whole side.

13:34Speaker 3

But we've never been able to pass that. Fair enough. What if you would make it a fire zone?

13:43 – 14:06Speaker 2

But I've always wanted to have all those things all the way to the corner and all the way to you can't park right. But maybe to that garage door, all the way to this curve ending would be a perfect place to put yellow or whatever. And then extend it a little further on the other side by blessing.

14:07 – 14:18Speaker 2

Not all the way to the carpet. No, I mean, well, That would be perfect to put that and I think I brought that up several years ago. We just didn't do it. But that would be extra.

14:18 – 14:34Speaker 3

That was not I think it'd be a good idea to make maybe this the north side fire zone. Yeah, paint the curbs. Really? So they can, you know, that way people would know. Right. I don't imagine what it'd be like if the Legion and the community center had something on the same day. Yeah.

14:35 – 14:52Speaker 1

know it'd be worse than grandparents yeah and that's fine we know we're going to know when the events are from our center right you're certainly going to put those out yeah right i mean our zones is like they have anywhere in front of them and don't park it yes just don't park

15:05Speaker 3

yard i could put like a firefighter at 30 dollars per vehicle yeah i know i heard several people yeah

15:27 – 15:51Speaker 2

i was amazed that it wasn't a problem but that was an open house and like i said there were over 300 people here now if there's a wedding or event you know in my opinion they park where they park because everybody does oh sure right we're aware of that but having those two zones i think are important and there's no reason not to besides nobody needs to park over here

15:52Speaker 4

I think it would be a good idea, at least on that side, where at least one person could be down here. Most of our runs are medical, and that's a big thing.

16:03Speaker 3

If we can't get to our truck, we can't be on time.

16:06Speaker 2

Well, I think both sides is very reasonable.

16:11Speaker 2

You know, just have a car drawn or emergency.

16:13Speaker 3

If there's anything legal-wise you need, we'll have to look into it.

16:16Speaker 1

Yeah, that's great.

16:18Speaker 3

If we do do that, we just designated the fire zone, I'm sure that we'd have to amend the ordinance for traffic fines and stuff like that. Sure.

16:29Speaker 2

Even when we put up a little parking sign, we have to make sure that we have amended to that.

16:34Speaker 3

Yeah. I appreciate you guys bringing that point up to it. It's something we probably didn't think about, so we appreciate that. Yep. New things and now new issues occur. That's right.

16:44Speaker 2

You never know. Yeah, I was really nervous. I was confused.

16:53 – 17:54Speaker 4

And the last thing I have is I have a copy of the contract. And the only the only notation in there that's different probably from last year is and I talked to John a little bit about that. I'm hoping to talk to you guys. The state has got a new They've amended the clothing allowance amount for the whole state. It's been $100 for 45 years. So they've amended that. I forget exactly when that goes into effect. I think it's July 1st. July 1st. Is it July 1st? Probably, yeah. You know, it's when I'm talking, it's 1408. I can't remember the price. I don't remember the numbers. But it goes to $250 is what it goes to.

17:54Speaker 2

So it has a range of two?

17:57Speaker 4

No, it's $250.

17:59Speaker 2

Everybody pays $250?

18:01Speaker 2

Any volunteer for our department?

18:03 – 18:44Speaker 4

Yes. Everybody in the state, because like most of your volunteers and a lot of the volunteers in the department, that's all they got was $100 a year. So the state has gone back and looked at that and looked at that and looked at that. It's taken several years. But they've now made it that it is now $250 instead of $100. I've got the numbers in. I've got the state bills and all that are in there. So you guys can look it up. It will explain everything in there, just how it's set up. I mean, basically, all it did was make an amendment.

18:45Speaker 2

The only reason why I ask is because I had asked St. Henry if they had a clothing line, and he said no.

18:51Speaker 4

That for them, that would be through the township.

18:56Speaker 2

So I don't know how they're, if they've got some more capital.

19:04 – 19:59Speaker 4

Correct. So I don't know how their, how their setup is, but yeah, basically it is, it's a law, but they, like I said, they amended it from a hundred to 50 and I think on page two, where I put all that. So want to make you guys aware of that. You can review it, check it over, look at it, catch up with you. But that's all I got. I did not sign anything there. I want you guys to approve it first before we go through anything and then I can come down and sign whatever you're ready. That's all I got. Any questions?

20:00Speaker 2

I don't know.

20:04 – 20:19Speaker 3

Did I hit it? I appreciate you guys coming out. That was a lot this month. It was. I'm impressed that you can remember it all.

20:20Speaker 2

I just wanted to make it clear. I had questions. She's coming in.

20:26Speaker 2

You know, it's not like we would turn down anything they could give.

20:34 – 22:07Speaker 4

But, you know. Yeah. Gotta ask. When you guys meet with them about, you know, trying to get some money out of them, like Jim Barr or anybody like that, the council trustee, is he involved in that at all? He, I don't know where they're at on that side of it. They're in the process, I know, of working out. The township does their truck every 10 years. It's due next, next in 27. So they're in the process right now of working on that. Where they're at completely on that, I don't know. We showed them a truck here two weeks ago. Were you down there? Yeah. Two weeks ago. um on the truck basically with an end it's a stock unit that this company has uh appears uh similar to what we have a little a few things are a little different uh and it's an older model but they've been using this demo so uh adam reached out to them here a while back he's been in communication with them he talks to we've talked to the township about it, but then know so. Kind of. In the waiting mode, see brother out of all the dude how they want to handle this. Right now we're not sure what we're doing with that. We got a lot of stuff going on right now.

22:10 – 23:11Speaker 2

All right. Right. Good. Thanks, Brian. for the roads part i know it's like the app and fun we do have some money because i think we sent told them

23:31 – 24:09Speaker 1

Did we use much salt this year? Has that been refurbished yet? It's very good. They send us a contract once a year for that. That's another mess. But I actually found another company that can get cheaper.

24:10Speaker 3

They get it from Big Ducks. It's fine. Different company get it cheaper for the same distributor. Take it.

24:19 – 24:36Speaker 1

And they smile when they deliver it. So that's the deal. So from the LRF, from the MDH, and also from the WIT, we have 130.

24:39 – 24:51Speaker 2

But like I said, we can do a bit of additional calculations if it's not quite enough. So when we hear them after a while, just keep that in mind.

24:52Speaker 2

Is what we for sure have, but we can apply for additional calculations.

25:01Speaker 1

this balance on this general services i know that you're getting it down

25:32 – 25:54Speaker 2

so in the firefighting volunteer I didn't hear all of that is it is that a new law the state that's why I was asking because when I asked they can they don't get at all I don't know he said it was a law this is the law of the past yeah it's

26:04Speaker 1

so we're going to have to increase it to 250. but it's still the same end of the year the first of july is when it changes so we are still doing the last two

26:32 – 27:10Speaker 4

yeah is that what it goes into that mixture on July 1 26 for them we got a payment so we have to do this this year even though it's all the girls end up practice the contract so but it's not Yeah, even though it goes into backpacking, you can go ahead and pay whatever we pay normally this time of year and then catch the rest of the other at the end of the next year or so.

27:10Speaker 2

What do you think? Our contract last year, did we pay our own?

27:20Speaker 1

And then do an amendment. Do pay early and then do an amendment.

27:23Speaker 3

Pay in June.

27:26Speaker 1

And then do an amendment for next year's budget. And then do that. Right. Right. So we need to reach out to Brian.

27:33Speaker 2

That's the option.

27:35Speaker 1

I'm not saying we can do it that way. I'm just saying that's the option. I don't care what we do. I'm just throwing out options.

27:51Speaker 2

I don't care. I really don't.

27:54Speaker 3

I'm just waiting. Well, we can't amend it into effect.

28:03Speaker 1

But if it says it goes into effect for the state by July 1st.

28:12 – 29:33Speaker 2

What do we normally sign this fire? It says once a year. A couple of times we've been late for it. we've had changes sometimes we haven't had one at all because they do have the clothing allowance anyway yeah and that's if we sign this contract that's what we signed yeah which is fine i don't care i just need to know the options and what we're going to do we did not put it in the appropriation so where would we take it from yeah starting this year we're going to sign the contract it also could be put through other capital offerings capital offerings that's all right we can take it out of general and council office but you can use that for any kind of improvement so we say that

29:38 – 29:52Speaker 1

July 1st we pay up ahead of time not a calendar year but I mean we pay the whole year at one time a year so we say we could take about the general what else well

30:06 – 30:50Speaker 2

I mean, you're only looking at 150 a person. And they've got 20 of them, so. It's got $30,000. And it'll have to come on Sunday. There's 21 in there, $21.95, which will cover most of it. so we're going to pay the 150 not 250. no you should pay the 250 i'll say it's 950 dollars

31:05Speaker 1

How does that work if somebody quits in our year?

31:33 – 32:25Speaker 2

We had that in the contract one time that if somebody went to train training, they have to, if they go so long and they get paid, they have to reimburse. That goes so long. If they go to EMT training and they may quit two days after they get done doing the training and they've already paid for the training, they have to reimburse. but we should be able to use that money well yeah that's fine so i said we just need to go ahead and say folks that we're going to pay 250 instead of this year and which but what are you going to take it out on

32:35 – 32:47Speaker 3

yeah yeah yeah yeah yeah yeah yeah yeah yeah yeah yeah yeah

33:04 – 33:45Speaker 2

July 1st and that's what we're going to take to the cap capitol in general and also the edit fund and when it would be the budget would be including it next year since we don't have it in the budget i mean we only have right here at volunteer department we have 1800 i mean i don't know how many actual firefighters are there now i would say 20 21. Whoever are the firefighters who get paid by . So that's why we .

33:45Speaker 3

So did you make a motion?

33:48 – 34:11Speaker 1

I second it. All in favor? Aye. All right. We just want to make sure we get in . Yeah. We do have . What did you say about the watch?

34:11 – 34:48Speaker 2

Also, I did say the warnings. the water or the utility operating, but if you notice, we're at $377 billion, $20 billion, which we have steadily been staying even on, giving more head, even with what we paid for the water projects.

34:49 – 35:07Speaker 1

We have a loan levy in there, and we're paying it out, but everything is beautiful. So we're doing very well there as far as keeping it beautiful, not going back. We've been doing it for about six months.

35:08 – 35:33Speaker 2

And this may never happen again, the wastewater operating. That's what I'm talking about. Other than that, I don't have any comments on any of the budgets. Do I have any changes to the budget or comments on the notice?

35:34 – 35:46Speaker 1

I take the motion that we set the budget. That's good. I take a motion to set the budget. Second. All in favor? Aye.

35:52 – 36:17Speaker 2

We are completed with the SS4A now as bond check offers. So we're done with that. The Midwest Maintenance Code is covered. We have paid, what they have, they're 80% complete and that bill was $23,470. The only thing we have left is the brand of the home.

36:18 – 36:54Speaker 1

Don't really have anything on about this at all. I don't have any questions. I'll make that motion.

36:55 – 38:23Speaker 2

I'll second it. We have three paving bolts for the same requirements. We have one for superior asphalt out of on-furrow, one for good off, and one for cow car. I won't make numbers for cow cars. I want to do the parking area one. here we try to keep the scope of work the same for everyone the only explanation that i can give you on rudolph's that maybe and i hadn't called that i didn't know did you add up everything that he puts on there he came up to 159 but then he says it's some total of 134. difference is if you do them all that's what he charges Dump some of them out of it.

38:23Speaker 1

And then you have to go buy them off some.

38:32 – 38:44Speaker 2

And they all have a one-time loan. I will say it paid us $12,000.

38:46Speaker 4

So CalCars price is the 123 then?

38:58Speaker 3

there's third street but i don't see a good description on it didn't you say they went off from

39:18 – 39:30Speaker 2

That was on 2nd Avenue. See where they were milling and doing to Indiana and then we wanted kind of a couple of places fixed from Indiana down to Kentucky and overlay on it. And I do not see our Cal color table.

39:31Speaker 1

Just see the one.

39:34Speaker 3

You're talking about 2nd Avenue?

39:39Speaker 2

So that is not included.

39:40Speaker 3

Because we were talking about going all the way up to Indiana.

39:45 – 40:28Speaker 2

there's two bad places in it that need to be fixed yeah i think you've got an intersection there yeah there's a couple up there down further right towards the end yeah but that is um so i mean they're all pretty I have not seen anything from Superior Asphalt other than what I've seen on the internet and Facebook. I have not heard any bad things from him. He was very, very professional. And we dealt with Rudolphs and you can see what CalCard is doing.

40:37Speaker 3

We don't know calc or we don't know what their paper, what the maximum size of the paper is.

40:42Speaker 2

They don't have a milling machine in their home. They hire a milling gun.

40:47Speaker 3

That's included in that price.

40:50 – 41:12Speaker 2

But it's included in the price. What I'm saying is I don't know if it's an eight foot mill, I don't know if it's a six foot, four foot, whatever. That's the only thing I don't know. And Superior may hire somebody else to mill it too, I don't know. But everything's included. I mean, if I throw out suggestions, anybody would come in. Preferences, suggestions.

41:13Speaker 4

So you're saying this may not be comparing. Well, yes. That was the second avenue.

41:18 – 41:55Speaker 2

The only one is in the second avenue. I did not see the avenue though. all the way from Indiana on down. And here is the Indiana street, but I don't know if that is just, it just says Indiana street. It does not say Indiana to Kentucky. Then there's a place right there in Indiana that we don't want to fix, you know, on the apron to it. So I'm assuming that's what that is. That's kind of what I thought. Yeah.

41:56Speaker 3

When did CalCorp say they could get to us?

41:59Speaker 2

They did not.

42:00Speaker 3

They did not. Did any of them say when we could get to them?

42:02Speaker 2

Actually, nobody said when they could get to us. Okay.

42:05Speaker 3

Because I don't want to be waiting until the November time frame.

42:08Speaker 2

The Superior, didn't the Superior say it would be next year? Or was that, one of them said it would be next year.

42:14 – 42:26Speaker 1

Yeah. CalCorp. I don't know. This should be on the email attached. Let's see. uh here it just says once you have a chance on second

42:54Speaker 3

if they say start later.

42:56 – 43:08Speaker 2

I don't either. I didn't see any of them that said when they could start. One of them, it's either CalCAR or Superior. It would be late next year when they would get to it.

43:09Speaker 1

Do you remember that? I think you're right.

43:12 – 43:34Speaker 2

I don't know who that is. I'll have to look back. It's not all easy here. okay okay now here it is period this is from calcon will not be able to get this done done in 2026. here is

43:57 – 44:09Speaker 1

I think they've been working pretty good with China. Kind of like they've been in the town enough that they know them.

44:09 – 44:21Speaker 2

The only thing I would like to say is that we look it over good when they're done. If you have any questions before we take the poll now, we have any questions.

44:26Speaker 2

You know, they're within $12,000 in each other.

44:28Speaker 3

Yeah, and Rudolph is a better price.

44:35Speaker 1

Are you making a motion for Rudolph? Yeah, I was making a motion.

44:39Speaker 3

I will second the motion.

44:42Speaker 2

All in favor, only thing I would say, add to that is, like I said, move the full balance to Rudolph.

44:49Speaker 1

Go by, look at all the work. We'll go over if there's any changes or any additions or anything we'd like to be fixed up or whatever.

45:00Speaker 2

We'll get with them.

45:02Speaker 1

Okay. And Vince, they didn't put a date. Should we maybe suggest a date for them? I think as soon as possible. Oh, yeah. As soon as possible.

45:12Speaker 3

Then we want it done before mid-October.

45:14 – 45:27Speaker 1

Yeah. Before when? Mid-October. Mid-October. One year ago. Last year was pushing it.

45:28Speaker 3

It was pushing it. Yeah, it was pushing it last year. Well, we were late.

45:33Speaker 2

We were late getting a VNN and getting a call. It was our fault. We didn't do it that way. We're not exactly on the spot now.

45:42Speaker 1

No, I didn't know. That's why I said you might want to. I can call.

45:45Speaker 2

I can call in tomorrow and see. I can try to. Yeah.

45:51Speaker 3

Yeah, we want to try that.

45:52Speaker 2

Hey, Siri, call Ryan. Call me Ryan. Welcome.

46:26Speaker 1

So if you need a copy, head closer. You have a copy.

46:52 – 47:09Speaker 2

The resolution and agreement for the Bevron Center. I had to laugh at Steve. He said, Bevron Center. You should have called it the Bevron Center. Bevron. That's funny. I sound like the Chevron Center.

47:11 – 47:39Speaker 1

So we signed an ordinance back in January about accepting the donation. and i sent a draft agreement to everybody um it is a draft so this is kind of just a starting point racial agreement well we do have resolution 2026

47:43 – 48:33Speaker 2

now that's the phone okay but then this is the other one but we do not have the amounts in there the exact amounts for his tax lawyer on his tax account and he's going to give us the invoices over everything when he gives us all the invoices we can fill out that mortgage okay and send it okay yeah yeah this is the family wrong center of an agreement yeah and i'm trying to i didn't know what the physical address was at that location actually 405 405 103 oh oh it's 103 that's how it would change so there's four or five in the comments 103 south fourth

48:34 – 49:37Speaker 1

It's 405. So I just, I tried to make it as bare bones as I could. I don't think you want it to be overwhelming, but I think you want to touch on it. I mean, there's a lot of different things that can become issues when you're running out and in a center like this. So, you know, I think one of the hardest things to figure out is probably like when we want to accept the initial deposit to receive. or to hold a date for someone, you know, if you're going to have cancellation fees of any kind, if someone cancels, you know, a couple weeks before a big event, you hold this date and all of that time.

49:37 – 50:04Speaker 2

We do at the Clark, we have 48 hours, but like Katrina said, probably two weeks. And if you notice when we have the security And then we keep 50 If they clean it up and everything, they get $100 at that time. It's $200 for it. So it's actually $250, but part of that is gambit.

50:05Speaker 1

It's in there.

50:06Speaker 2

Yeah. I thought it was very, very good. Is it $52?

50:10 – 50:42Speaker 1

Okay, so I had the initial deposit as $150 total, right? Okay. And $100 goes back. And then I just highlighted a couple of areas that you guys might want to discuss. I don't know if we would like to have security present if alcohol is going to be served. I know that's pretty typical for other event centers where they won't have security if there's going to be alcohol.

50:44 – 51:11Speaker 2

you know that could be an additional fee that the renter covers to pay that security person so that's something to think about i do think we have to make specific that i know it has to have a license bartender yeah and they're the one that should be handing out alcohol yeah you cannot bring them bring in your own yeah yeah and we could just maybe have trent on call for security or whatever

51:14 – 51:36Speaker 1

And even if it goes well, we can always add that. So I just, if you guys want to just flip this over and kind of, you know, think about changes that you might want to make or anything that you want to add or whatever, this is just kind of the starting point.

51:36Speaker 2

Yeah, and you've got an increment to the back.

51:39 – 52:08Speaker 1

Yeah, I put that on the back just so that, and then even if, you know, Katrina, somebody comes in and they just want to see what the feeds are without getting the right delivery, I think they just print off this back page and hand that to them. Okay. You know? And then I think when they actually pay their deposit, we should probably provide them with something showing that we received their deposit. So you can sign off on the bottom that they paid.

52:09Speaker 3

So we just probably got the security.

52:12 – 52:31Speaker 1

Get rid of the security, yeah. And then probably on the back. What do we think about receiving final payment for the rent?

52:33 – 52:58Speaker 2

Katrina always gets the full amount before it's ready. It's not paid by the day it's ready. It's not there. That's the 48-hour thing. If they don't pay by the 48 hours before, they don't get the... But in here, we have so many days before you get so much back. Whatever. So they have to pay the security deposit when they rent it.

52:59Speaker 1

To reserve. I think so.

53:02Speaker 2

Because otherwise you can't rent it to somebody else if you've got their name on there and then they change their mind.

53:09Speaker 1

You don't know what names are available if you don't have somebody who's paid and secured their spot.

53:14Speaker 2

And I've got several booked in up until 2029. Yeah. Yeah.

53:22Speaker 1

which is great. Yeah. So they want to hold their dates. They need to pay. I think so.

53:27 – 54:17Speaker 2

Yeah, because we, this was something we set now because we don't know what it's going to cost us. So this is not written in stone that it won't change. And maybe we need to put in there, you know, that we would notify them if there's a change in cost. We don't want to make, let's say make money. We just want to pay the bills and maybe have, if there's funds in the, the fund more repairs or stuff that's great but what if there's not yeah i know this is something that you reevaluate you know every year yeah i mean it's difficult when somebody signed an agreement to come back and change well and that's just it if they sign an agreement for 2029 and by then we're charging 275 or 300 yeah you know how do you do that It's kind of amazing.

54:17 – 54:31Speaker 1

That's what it's locked in at. That's what it's locked in at. But then you just keep reevaluating every year and you bump up the prices if you need to. Because you have no idea how much it's going to cost.

54:31 – 55:27Speaker 2

I mean, I know that the insurance is $150,000 a month. I know what that is. And we pay that here. So we have to cover that. don't know what they left in the building but but i intend to send it on 75 76 during when they're going into them and they have that day i'll turn it down you know there's a big fan in the center there is a remote port but will not be there for their use because that was part in second yeah after the lighting was in so if that remote gets lost you have to rewire the whole thing so it's going to be set it's turned on low when the lights are on the big shingles are on and it was quite comfortable of course i had said it at 67 early in the morning because we expected a crowd and it was always going to be standing open all day which it was and it was pretty chilly in there early yeah but anyway

55:28 – 55:55Speaker 1

So, yeah, I think, you know, cancellation fees are a big one that we need to go. So the dates, the dates, and just wondering if you can get a ton of people. I mean, I know things come up, but you also think about the fact that you felt it. Right. And the space. And you picked out the table. And we do have round tables and square tables, which I'll have to let you know what they want.

55:56 – 56:19Speaker 2

We have 108 chairs. I think we should just give them the option if they want to use the rectangle or the round instead of setting it up for them because they're going to come in and change everything anyways. We're going to have a lot of the square ones set up that are sitting there without the chairs because it's just too much trouble to take them all down and put them back up.

56:19Speaker 1

Maybe put a few of both up.

56:23 – 57:02Speaker 2

room we'll have the round ones available in that one closet and then the extra square tables are off i mean we set up for all those ones that were in there sunday and we still have another 15 square tables back there you didn't even get them in there so but then it won't get set and then i think there's 20 round ones something like that so they can mix it up i don't care but i don't think we're going to take all the tables and I think we should have at least one or two of the round ones just so they can see them. They might want to use those instead of the round ones. And then they could put those up.

57:20Speaker 3

Well, say, kind of like, I like the cancellation terms.

57:27 – 58:57Speaker 2

Yeah. It's not like out at the park, you know? Yeah. It's not ready. I don't have to clean it. But here it has bills to pay. Yeah. And I and our fees are very they're very I think St. Henry is $1,300 if you're a member $1,500 if you're not I mean that's what I was told by Emily I mean it's bigger than ours you know but we have a state of the art kitchen it's very very nice there's a grill in the back and that's going to have to be something that they want back we'll have to put it on the agreement because it has a timer on the inside when you can time it for so many hours well that's why just the reading that's without a meeting is without yeah that's easy you don't use the kitchen you don't you have no you don't stop using yeah and when somebody says well their event is only going to last four hours or less or less than four hours no he's still in the yeah too many event centers that has a full-blown kitchen like that

59:01Speaker 2

See, I could alone, but it costs $12,000. Yeah.

59:08 – 59:22Speaker 1

I would worry about letting people into the kitchen, to be honest. Is there a door on that kitchen? Yes. You can always lock it. Yeah. I can still climb to the bar, but I can't climb over the bar.

59:22 – 59:37Speaker 2

And, I mean, it has a big double refrigerator that can be locked. Yeah. And the ice machine is always open. It's a huge ice machine. It has a paid burner, gas stove, huge hood.

59:38 – 1:00:04Speaker 1

It has a dishwasher, which I just assumed they didn't use a dishwasher. I know, like, with 1408, when we had that program, you can't really use a dishwasher. Like, you can use a fridge, if I could, but, you know, dessert system or whatever, but you can't use a dishwasher. I don't imagine a lot of people are going to use a dishwasher. I mean, there's just a lot of bugs to work out.

1:00:04 – 1:00:21Speaker 2

There's a lot of things that are going to come up. There's a lot of kids that we need to have a talk about. Somebody will. So, I mean, having so many bookings so far, is it okay to go ahead and start using that fact sheet?

1:00:22 – 1:00:43Speaker 1

I think I've got, did I send you a word document? I think you did. Thank you. We'll take out the security fee. Okay. Just take off that line, and then I'd like to add a date line down at the bottom. But other than that, I think you can go ahead. If everyone's good with those fees, because like on the meetings, I added $25 for an additional hour after four hours. Is that okay? Yeah.

1:00:43Speaker 2

I think that's good.

1:00:46 – 1:01:25Speaker 1

um and i think everything else is what you gave me about what we talked about last friday access for weddings do you want that to be at 9 00 a.m or do you want that to be later in the day i think that should be later in the day i think after lunch or like yeah because sunday they can't clean up they're also going to have to call and when they're going to clean up you can't have someone standing there all day waiting for the show i originally had it at 5 p.m., which was too late, I feel like. You know, 12 or 1. And then Sunday, maybe at 5. You know?

1:01:26Speaker 2

They're still going to have to call and let you know, right? Because you can't leave it open all the time for them to come and come down.

1:01:35Speaker 1

Are we going to have, like, a Dropbox or a key or something like that? We have a key here. You know, like with a code that you can give somewhere.

1:01:43Speaker 3

They don't drop box here though.

1:01:45Speaker 1

Oh, okay. They can put it in. What does that go?

1:01:48 – 1:02:08Speaker 2

Yeah, but they'll still have to, they'll still have to let somebody know that they want to go in. Yeah. And be sure to walk down. For right now, I mean, until it's back together and all that, until we get going and we see how much it's going to cost. Right. So they'll have to let me know what time they want to go in. And no one will even know.

1:02:11 – 1:02:29Speaker 2

about what weddings again anything as far as like you know events if you have to be there before nine you need to call something else so what do you think about the friday before then do you want that city night what do you think i think are you going to really decorate on friday

1:02:32 – 1:02:47Speaker 1

You know, and if they just let us know when they want to decorate, we can unlock it and then make sure it's locked after they're done.

1:02:47Speaker 2

They don't want their stuff messed with either. You can't just leave it unlocked.

1:02:51Speaker 1

I mean, they're going to have a key, right? So they can start at nine o'clock Friday morning, and we need to give them a deadline on Sunday.

1:03:00Speaker 2

The biggest problem with that is people making copies. I think it was. Copies of the key. That's why I'm not sure I want to give them the key. They have to call and tell them where they're going to be.

1:03:09Speaker 1

So we're going to run down there every time they want to get in there?

1:03:12 – 1:03:39Speaker 2

Well, if you have a date when you're going to start, you know, and when you're going to finish. That's what I do at the park. I mean, that's so phenomenal. You know, and we've had that problem. The reason why I say that, we've had that problem at the concession stand and the back room to the park because it's locked and you give them a key and then someone makes a copy and gives it to the next one.

1:03:40Speaker 1

The next one's the treasurer of the next year and so they hand their key to them when they lost their key so they get another key.

1:03:48Speaker 2

That's the problem. How did they do it for you whenever you had venue?

1:03:57 – 1:04:09Speaker 1

We did not get a key. I think it was just unlocked at a certain time. And we could do that. But I know the event center, they probably did the same thing.

1:04:09Speaker 2

Yeah, because if you meet her, you have to call her. You have to come back. I do know that. We've had a nice show. We opened at a certain time.

1:04:22 – 1:04:50Speaker 1

Friday night they don't want to leave it open 9 a.m. on Friday is probably reasonable 9 a.m. on Friday well but we're not going to be protecting their stuff and there's no cameras in there like we need to put in there we're not liable for the yeah I think we're Don't you go home. You're sitting there falling asleep.

1:04:50 – 1:05:07Speaker 3

Scott's been up since 1 o'clock. You guys are okay with Scott going home? Yeah, you're sitting there. I don't want you driving him to fall asleep on his stuff. Oh, all the way home? Yeah. Thanks, Steve, when you get home, baby. You can't be liable for that.

1:05:12 – 1:05:53Speaker 1

decorations if they put something up even at the park if they put decorations in the park and they they don't leave anybody there with their coolers and stuff not my problem i mean can you put uh like an automated like a uh what are they called we have a lock on our door that we can lock from our phone oh you're like keep that on there we don't have one yeah that's not how it's going to be set up i don't know how expensive that would be Yeah, they're not bad. It's not any worse than the one we've got here. Right. It's just run by your phone and not. And then it also gives you peace of mind to look on your phone.

1:05:53Speaker 2

You're asking the least technical person.

1:05:56Speaker 3

However, we would have to have Wi-Fi down there.

1:05:59Speaker 2

And we don't.

1:06:00Speaker 3

And we don't have. Okay.

1:06:02 – 1:06:14Speaker 2

Well, the only reason we would put it down there is if we decided later on people wouldn't do presentations. Yeah. Yeah. We just don't have it now.

1:06:15 – 1:06:30Speaker 1

You guys have to know, I mean, if you want to keep for simplicity, the hours are 9 to 11. Yeah. But if you want to make it not as late on Saturdays, I mean, there's also the possibility that people could want to have their rehearsal dinners there.

1:06:30Speaker 1

If they're having a wedding and we're going to rehearsal dinners in the past, you know, late.

1:06:36Speaker 2

11 o'clock, it's shut. I don't care what's done by 11. It's done.

1:06:40Speaker 1

I want a malware. I want to be close to 11. John wants to move to that front center away from his house.

1:06:49Speaker 3

I'll just move.

1:06:51Speaker 2

It is going to be tough to work out the time. I get that.

1:06:55Speaker 3

Absolutely. You guys can buy the house.

1:06:59 – 1:07:49Speaker 2

Like I said, if they want to decorate on Friday and we need to open from 9 to 11, they're going to have to request to lock it after they're done and let me know yeah or we're not viable for the decorations until 11 o'clock we'll lock it because i mean i've had people go in and decorate at the park and then left and make things on our day well somebody walked in and paid some stuff on that right it's not my problem that might need to be a flaw in there too that items that are left there unattended yeah if the items left unintended they're not viable printer is responsible for them i mean there's a release plan okay

1:08:02 – 1:08:25Speaker 1

so i would i mean i think that there's probably going to need to be another not necessarily an agreement but maybe just a document that's provided to renters after they sign the rental agreement that just goes through you know this is how long this is the time that you're going to be allowed to use the facility this is you know we're not going to be watching yourself while you're not there um

1:08:27 – 1:08:42Speaker 2

It's pretty good on this day. I mean they left it open the whole time they had Right, but they do that because they say actually it's cheaper on the insurance because if they break it the care system And I mean it's in the center of town most people keep eyes on it, right?

1:08:42Speaker 3

I have a camera on it.

1:08:44 – 1:08:59Speaker 2

Yeah And I mean if we had Wi-Fi, I would probably eventually have to walk by you and then Someone will want the password but We don't give that out.

1:09:03 – 1:09:15Speaker 2

So, you know, and I don't mind, you know, if somebody said, hey, I'm going to decorate from 9 to 12. Can you lock it up after 12? You know, I could just let you know. Right. You know.

1:09:15Speaker 3

Somebody in town, we could run down here and get the key.

1:09:18 – 1:10:17Speaker 2

That's it. There's a key here. I've got a key. I've got a key. You know, I mean, my biggest problem is I have had so much trouble with avoid them and that that isn't it so i mean i'm just thinking out loud here you're not going to do this forever what are we going to do we'll have to hire a manager once we see and that that that's been our plan all along you know we've thought about it If it does make money, that will have to be included in that because we also have the grounds. I mean, I'm watering stuff now and all that, but I won't do that forever. But to get it off the ground, I think we have to be as conservative as possible and see where we can go. And I don't mind doing that because Lord knows I never leave home. So I don't mind, you know. The chairs will have to be put away, but I don't care about tables.

1:10:17Speaker 3

So have we decided on the time for a Friday set up?

1:10:25Speaker 2

9 to 11 is fine, but if they want it locked, they can let me know. We're not liable for your stuff after, you know, until 11.

1:10:34Speaker 3

9 to 11, unless you need a later time.

1:10:39 – 1:11:24Speaker 2

later time they're just if you want it locked after you've done leave it up I have to work till 12 o'clock before I don't care we open the whole time yeah once you oh I got you never mind once you set up I'm not well so basically it won't be gone from the nine o'clock Saturday till Sunday whenever yeah well i mean i think you lock it at night yeah well we would lock at 11. no matter what but like if they decorated friday morning at nine o'clock i'm not going to watch some stuff unless they say hey we're done at noon contact yeah yeah contact number

1:11:24Speaker 3

During this time, contact the town hall after that.

1:11:30Speaker 2

And if I can't do it, I will contact one of those. You can go down here and get it. You're welcome.

1:11:36Speaker 1

What about Sunday? Do you want to have that in earlier? Yes.

1:11:40Speaker 2

I'm going to say 3.

1:11:43Speaker 1

I'm going to say 3 o'clock would be the cutoff time. 2 or 3 for me.

1:11:47 – 1:12:36Speaker 2

Because it's going to sit there unintended if they want to unlock. i would be done waiting for five thirty two two because i would be done by noon and be out of there but a lot of people want to sit there now whatever i just wonder but if we start having somebody wants to use them that's all on sunday yeah well that's right before the wedding well no the person that rents for a wedding they will get it for the whole weekend so yeah there's not a chance for that to happen okay But that's why maybe we need to look at a little earlier Sunday because if somebody wanted to do it Sunday evening, we could. I don't like that idea. That would be too much going on.

1:12:36 – 1:13:00Speaker 1

Yeah. Well, that's fine. do you want to clean it twice or four times a day i don't know i clean the restrooms out there 500 times a day pick up everybody i don't think that's a good idea i think those are good times yeah just wanted to go out and payment 30 days prior is that too much full payment like the rental

1:13:03 – 1:13:43Speaker 2

well they get a refund if they you know they get a partial refund if it's what two weeks they get a full refund if it's more than 30 days so so but they should have it paid by 30 days because they're not going to get enough to send back if it's after 30 days right i think full price paid by 30 days yeah i think i agree with that yeah full price paid 30 days before the event yeah because you're you know 15 to 30 days before the event you get 50 percent 50 percent back but if you haven't paid yet you can't get things to be sent back to them yeah yeah okay tell more out there i know

1:13:51Speaker 1

in that word document then we should be good to go.

1:13:54Speaker 2

Do you want to make a copy? Or do you have...

1:13:58 – 1:14:32Speaker 1

I don't have it in my brain. Okay, copy. That was very... Did the SLSRE... The water RF update, we should be getting it very soon. the code book she said that we would have to give all the resolutions from august of 2023 and then they could give us a call

1:14:56 – 1:16:31Speaker 2

There again, we're not enforcing any of these. I'm just passing it along. The cell tower, we did get a new address for that. 401 East Main Street. Maybe get an address for it. It doesn't have the FFA approval. Trash updates, right now they are pretty sure the cell is going to go through. surveyed and then dropped the contract. Yep. The co-dictacy property, that's just one of them. We have not, we don't have an address for that.

1:16:32 – 1:16:45Speaker 1

So I guess we'll just have to wait and see if it goes into composure or Trent doesn't have a number. He has a number, but he's in Spain. I haven't met him. No, the number that we have does not work.

1:16:45Speaker 2

I mean, it's not the right person. It's a kid that answers the phone. Oh, and now Trent told me he talked to me. He talked to him, but it's not the right people.

1:16:57 – 1:17:16Speaker 2

He's never been able to talk to him. So somebody answers that number, but it's not the right people. Yeah, they don't live there and they didn't clean it up. We did. But how long has it been? I can look back.

1:17:17Speaker 1

It's been a while. Three?

1:17:20 – 1:18:45Speaker 2

at least at least for five months this is the first time it's been mobile summer yeah when scott did it he didn't have the job and it was no romance well because and we don't have uh deposit anymore because when she said she sold it so we didn't even go from that date yeah i'll have to look at that and i can let you know okay yeah i'll look into what our options are for it water rates discussion since we didn't have anybody here to discuss water rates i would make a motion that we accept the water rate proposal that was advertised and it's been advertised correct it's been advertised and it's ready to be accepted so i made a motion that we accept this 2026 ordinance 14 as the water rate charges it's 31 cents a thousand that we are adding to it which we know by 2017 but all the rates have changed to the 31 cents per thousand

1:18:49 – 1:19:19Speaker 1

any questions once this is signed i can turn that into keystone and get that changed over I'll basically put all you guys gotta do is just move your eye.

1:19:46 – 1:20:22Speaker 2

for the cancellation of the rental fees plus the damage deposit so we would retain this That's why I paid it 30 days before, because otherwise you can't get a refund.

1:20:23Speaker 1

Okay, that's fine.

1:20:24 – 1:20:35Speaker 2

That's fine. Because I was just thinking, having the full amount paid in 30 days. Some people, I feel like, will pay that before 30 days. Probably a lot of people would.

1:20:47Speaker 1

we can see how that works you know and they maybe when they ask if they want to look far ahead you know once you contact the sign

1:21:21 – 1:21:47Speaker 2

we may have to tweak it later on yeah you know since we have the fun I think we're going to start focusing more about you know if anybody wants to give money for something in the community that's available because that would be nice to get half we did get one bill

1:21:50 – 1:22:03Speaker 1

You know, I finally got hold of an electric company and they made it down today.

1:22:22Speaker 4

I move on all the time. It's a bit of a hassle.

1:22:26Speaker 2

Well, were they ones that had ribbons on them that had already been turned in?

1:22:32Speaker 1

I don't know about the ribbons. I went to all the polls and got the numbers on them. So we got numbers on them.

1:22:37 – 1:22:48Speaker 2

Yeah, I think Trent turned them in. If you turn them in, they have a ribbon. They have a cautionary parameter. And if they are what he thought was a ballast, not the ball, there were two of them.

1:22:50Speaker 1

So for our veterans in town, we have a new property tax bill that was

1:23:17 – 1:25:13Speaker 3

that goes into effect on January 1st through December 30th of this year. It's going to require the veterans to go to the BSO with their DD-214 and to get, I guess they want to call it qualified or some type of a notification. The form is like a state form, 51-180-something. But the first step would be go to your VSO DD-214, and then you'll verify what your disability is. And then you will go back to the assessor to put that information in. You're not grandfathered in, so if you've got a claim, if you already have your service connection disability at the office already, process and it starts January 1st for the veterans it's it's a pretty good deal some of the things some of the let's see so if you're 100% service-connected disability you do not pay your any of the property tax and then of course if you are wartime service credit 10% to 90% you get a 350 annual property taxes uh credit uh age base 62 older with 10 10 to 90 you get 250 um and i think that's a lot of says in there but that's that's pretty good deal for guys who are 100 service cap uh connected um that you don't have to pay state taxes on that so just want to put that out to our vets

1:25:18 – 1:25:43Speaker 2

go over the code book yeah yeah so we have to have all of the codes to her from november from november what november 8 2023 copies and codes resolutions ordinances and then anything that we made copies so she could give us a quote because that's the last time we had the code so she couldn't give me a quote

1:25:45 – 1:26:02Speaker 1

And that still includes the new map? No, the new map, no. I thought they had said that they needed to know how much they had to do for the code book before they could give us an estimate on that.

1:26:02 – 1:26:29Speaker 2

No, she told me the map was separate. The code book, I think it just said the code book. To get a quote on the code book. She was gonna, Nathan was there, he said he was gonna look at what they cost for this property, GSI. It was a code book, you couldn't get a whole lot. They're normally around $1,500. Some of them are 675. You just need to know how many resolutions, how long it's been since you did it.

1:26:35 – 1:26:52Speaker 1

Your bank has a pretty decent interest rate on short term certificates. What are the imbalances that we have in some of these? I mean I think we could really look at and

1:27:15 – 1:27:37Speaker 2

The water is to pay extra on the loan, which when you pay extra, you don't need to pay fees. Or, you know, there might be some money in there we can invest for five months. And then that could be paid off as well. Because, you know, we're at a pretty good rate for what we're doing now, and everything's paid for except for the loan.

1:27:39 – 1:27:56Speaker 1

What kind of advice is supposed to come out to you? I would have to look at that. I'd only take it from the company. I'm not going to put it on the slide.

1:27:57 – 1:28:24Speaker 1

I don't know. I'm not sure. I'd have to look at it. General fund. General bank account. We've got several. That includes... We still have our operating cash.

1:28:24 – 1:28:43Speaker 2

Yeah, I know one or two we have to keep three months to get it. It's really interesting. Yeah. As I said, with what we've got in the water fund, if you will, just three hundred grand and stuff like that for off water

1:28:44Speaker 1

It was $400 at the beginning of the year, but that was with $185,000 involved.

1:28:50 – 1:29:33Speaker 2

Now we have kept up every what we paid out and what we've gotten in. We're actually making a couple thousand dollars every so often now. So with everything going the way it has, this is the first water we've done. It's a water line for $6,000. Oh, I forgot to cover that too. Don't let me forget it. But I think we could take some money out of that since it's $167,600 a month that automatically comes out for the water. But we're making it with that much a month. So we could take $50,000 out of there and invest it and still have our two or three months operating costs.

1:29:33Speaker 1

And it's a five-month term. Yeah, it's only five months, so it could go back that year.

1:29:39 – 1:29:52Speaker 2

Yeah, I mean, I wouldn't have any problems with that. Start out there and see how it goes. And if it goes well, maybe invest $75,000. I should make a motion to that.

1:29:52Speaker 1

I second that. All in favor? Aye.

1:30:02 – 1:31:02Speaker 2

I will cover that water leak today. Carol? No. wall work did get watered down got water in her basement um and i did contact her with brad bowling and chad was in there but she had called her insurance agent and i went down and looked because i asked her to kind of go look it wasn't standing water but there's mud in there from you know water marching down the floor was wet so And I said, that's between him, her insurance agent, and our insurance provider to talk it out and see. I think she just wants help with cleaning it up and stuff, but that's between them. That's what we have insurance for. So they want to contact. I just didn't want anybody to think we tried to leave them hanging. So that's where we start with that. They have contact with each other. They are in the works to talk to us.

1:31:05Speaker 2

And I don't have it.
