Town Council - Regular Meeting

The Town Council approved the second reading of an ordinance and resolution for the North Point workforce housing project, which will provide 157 rental units for essential workers. They also approved the first reading of an ordinance to issue up to $35 million in general obligation bonds for capital projects and land acquisition, and accepted the dedication of private roads in the Cedarwoods community.
