Village Council - Regular Meeting

Melissa, hi. Is Mike Palenna coming tonight? We would have to have a mayor there, though, right?

We had an Eagles meeting last Wednesday, and we need seven for a forum. We had to go out and ask somebody to come in there so we'd have a seven person.

Yeah. It just has to be an area member. We walked out, and they were like, hey, man, we've got a meeting. Can one of you guys come out here?

How many drink tickets that cost you? Just one.

But everyone can come out. The doctor group that I worked for, they, if you, you were allowed to miss two meetings a year, and then after that you got fined. Oh, wow. And there was a couple, like, that Serge and I worked with quite a bit, and he was like, that was worth the fine. And I take that any day.

I'd say in 10 years, I bet you I haven't missed, I don't know, five, maybe.

Okay. I've missed at least one a year. Eight hours.

because I'm also doing invoices for the people who are calling them up on our dime. So I guess that was part of that question, too, is I'm curious what that breakdown looks like and how much of that is us seeking... The analysis fees are from the bank that they charge every month for doing our bank stuff, and it's usually about $250. Think about what the other one is.

The other $900, I guess. It's all in the same one. Yeah, that one. Oh, no, that was the very second one on the page. It was a $250-something, and then there's one down below. That's a $100. The paper fee I get. Not for me.

Wednesday evening, I'd rather not do, like, I can do that in the afternoon Wednesday. I just wouldn't want to do Wednesday night, like, summertime.

Is the criteria for that normally time or does he get like additional certifications?

It just depends. Sometimes, usually I do like a six month probation.

So if he's on a six month probation and seven months rolls around and he's already making a higher wage, there's really, you just don't probation. So they don't send it for him. No.

Sorry to run people around. Hey, Bruce, I want to tell you, thank you for your reports in the last couple meetings. I love meeting them ahead of time. I do. I love having them in writing.
