Planning & Zoning - Regular Meeting

If you're driving through Hialeah, you've probably noticed our iconic Hialeah flamingos. These flamingos have been a part of Hialeah for many years, but some of them need a little life brought back to them. So I've been thinking, why don't we open this up to local artists right here in our city? Artists would get to redesign and repaint flamingos across the city in their own style and in their own creativity. Then it'll be up to you, the resident, to vote for your favorite flamingo with the prize being awarded to the artist with the most votes. Hialeah keeps growing, but maintaining the culture and the character of this city that makes it so unique matters too. Let's bring these flamingos back to life.
