Approve the minutes of the City of Hialeah Historic Preservation Board held on July 1, 2026, at 6:00 p.m.

Application by Enrique Masson, on behalf of Interamerican Bank, for a street naming of West 41st Street between West 12th Avenue and West 16th Avenue as “Interamerican Bank Blvd”, with the cost of the signage to be paid by the City.

Application by Steve Dillman, sponsored by Council Member Gelien Perez, for a street naming as East 41st Street from East 2nd Avenue to East 4th Avenue “David Lee Dielmann Avenue”, with the cost of the signage to be paid by the City.

Application by Steve Dillman, sponsored by Council Member Gelien Perez, for a street naming of West 37th Street from West 16 Avenue to West 18th Avenue as “Hialeah Speedway Boulevard, with the cost of the signage to be paid by the City.

Discussion regarding the addition of Historic Preservation Bard Committee members names to the website.

Proposed Historic Preservation Board Event: A proposed Historic Preservation Board event honoring and recognizing the residents who have resided in the community the longest period of time.
