Approve the minutes of the City of Hialeah Historic Preservation Board held on June 3, 2026, at 6:00 p.m.

Motion to approve the minutes of the Historic Preservation Board held on June 3, 2026, at 6:00 p.m. by Ms. Mendez, seconded by Ms. Cortina— AYE: Ms. Cortina Ms. Cepero Ms. Mendez Mr. Acosta APPROVED 4-0

Application by Enrique Masson, on behalf of Interamerican Bank, for a street naming of West 41st Street between West 12th Avenue and West 16th Avenue as “Interamerican Bank Blvd”, with the cost of the signage to be paid by the City.

REPORT: Enrique Masson, 9190 Coral Way, Miami, Florida 33165, came on behalf of Interamerican Bank and spoke regarding the item. Motion to request the City of Hialeah Law Department prepare a resolution for the street naming of West 41st Street between West 12th Avenue and West 16th Avenue by Ms. Mendez, seconded by Ms. Cortina— AYE: Ms. Cortina Ms. Cepero Ms. Mendez Mr. Acosta APPROVED 4-0

Application by Steve Dillman, sponsored by Council Member Gelien Perez, for a street naming East 4th Avenue from East 41 Street to East 43 Street as East 41st Street from East 2nd Avenue to East 4th Avenue “David Lee Dielmann Avenue”, with the cost of the signage to be paid by the City.

- The application submitted for the street naming of East 4th Avenue from East 41 Street to East 43 Street is being amended to propose a new location East 41st Street from East 2nd Avenue to East 4th Avenue as “David Lee Dielmann Avenue” REPORT: Council member Gelien Perez spoke on the item. New Business:

Proposed Documentary: A proposed Historic Preservation Board documentary highlighting the history and cultural development of the City of Hialeah.

REPORT: Ms. Mendez provided all members with a copy of a proposal previously submitted to the City Clerk’s Office, titled “Documentary Featuring the History of Hialeah” Motion to approve the proposal for a documentary to be presented to the administration by Mr. Acosta, seconded by Ms. Cortina— AYE: Ms. Cortina Ms. Cepero Ms. Mendez Mr. Acosta APPROVED 4-0

Proposed Historic Preservation Board Event: A proposed Historic Preservation Board event honoring and recognizing the residents who have resided in the community the longest period of time.
