RECOMMENDATION: Adopt a resolution approving the continuance of the parcel assessment rate of $35.00 per Equivalent Runoff Unit (ERU) for Fiscal Year (FY) 2026-2027 and requesting the Contra Costa County Flood Control and Water Conservation District adopt this annual parcel assessment for drainage maintenance under the National Pollution Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) Program.
