We just thank you for this evening, Lord, all this stuff that we're going to go over and talk about. Father, we just pray that you keep your hand upon us. Lord, we thank you for your protective hand upon our community, all of our staff and city employees, all of our people that are in our community. with liberty and justice for all. All right, so we have a couple special order of business tonight. First, we have the recognition of Tracy Roediger. He completed the WSU Mini MPA program. So, if you'd like to come on up to the podium. Go ahead. Could you go ahead and say your name and where you're from?

Absolutely. Good evening. Thank you, Mr. Mayor. Thank you, council members. My name is Stephanie Newbold. I am the director of the Hugo Wall School of Public Affairs at Wichita State. And our fantastic sergeant here has completed successfully the mini MPA program, which is a 16-week professional development seminar in which professionals in local government and nonprofits come together from across the state of Kansas. They get to network and know one another and really get to learn about the specifics and the key trends, the key ideas affecting public administration.
