A couple more items. I did receive back today from a lot of people from JLDC. The rate that he's offering is 4.79% fixed rate for 72 months. But no good payment for multiple examples.

So the final item is we have the CD that is connected to our credit card account. We have to put in $60,000 to back up our credit card. And so last year, the interest was delayed. I decided to get you a CD for that. I did that. It's coming up for renewal. So, our claims do that every year. So, they, they turn on those investments a year.
