This is the time for citizens to comment on subject matters not on the agenda and that are within the jurisdiction of the Commission. This is also the public's opportunity to request an item from the Consent Calendar be pulled for discussion purposes or to comment on any item on the agenda. Comments related to Public Hearing items will be heard at the time the item is discussed. A maximum of three minutes is allowed for each speaker. Community Development: Approval of the March 24, 2026 Minutes
Community Development: Conditional Use Permit No. 0069-26: a request to allow an owner-operated pet grooming business to operate at 610 N. Irwin St. in the MX-D Downtown Mixed Use zone district (APN 010-232-007).
Community Development: Tentative Parcel Map No. 0015-25: a request to divide two parcels, 55.54 acres and 19.48 acres in size, into three parcels (Parcel 1: 32.00 acres; Parcel 2: 25.24 acres; Parcel 3: 17.79 acres) in the R-L-5 Low Density Residential zone district. The project is located south of Hanford Armona Road, between 12th and 13th Avenues (APN 011-040-040, and -027).
Community Development: Modifications to Vesting Tentative Tract 881: A request, by SJVH, to amend previously approved Tentative Tract Map 881 to reflect changes
between the approved tentative map and the submitted final map, including the addition of Acorn Lane off Hume Avenue, reconfiguration of end lots to front Amber Harvest Drive, and a reconfiguration to accommodate a cul-de-sac on Sparrow Drive. The project pertains to Unit III of Tract 881, Live Oak East, which is generally located east of 12th Avenue, south of Hume Avenue (APN 011-110-051-000)

At this time, any Commissioner may ask a question for clarification of matters within the Planning Commission's jurisdiction, make an announcement, or report briefly on activities in their role as a Planning Commissioner. In addition, subject to the Planning Commissioner's Handbook, Commissioners may request staff to report back to the Planning Commission at a subsequent meeting concerning any matter within the Commissioner's jurisdiction (GC 54954.2).
