Plaque Committee to order. Do I hear any motions on the minutes from last month?

0:40Speaker 5

I'll make a motion to approve June 18th minutes. Second.

0:44Speaker 6

We have first and second. All in favor say aye.

0:49 – 1:05Speaker 6

Let the record show that all members are present. And we're ready. Kind of tested on the electronic and the papers.

1:05Speaker 2

Yeah. Everything go okay?

1:08Speaker 6

Yeah, I think so. I think, you know, I just thought maybe that was a pretty good idea you had about the electronic stuff. Except this morning my internet went down.

1:18 – 2:26Speaker 2

Good, good. Well, we've just got two minor subdivisions to look at today, both pretty straightforward, not too many comments on either from Tech. Dennis, is it Busey or Kister that starts out? Kister. Kister. All right. This is located out on US 40 in the little village of Cleveland, right in that area. If you turn south off of US 40 right in there, you'll see this small field that is being divided into three lots. The transfer of ownership was one thing that we were waiting to get finalized as a tech comment, and that has occurred. So ownership questions on the tech sheet have been dealt with. Dennis, were there any other tech comments that need to be brought over? had a question about daylighting of a drain into right-of-way, but I can turn that over to Chris to talk about And actually I'll go ahead and do that now.

2:26 – 3:19Speaker 4

So all right Thank you Good morning. Oh, yeah, like Kayla said it's three lot minor subdivision on 850 East Yeah, most of the comments were pretty minor the thing about daylighting There's a small ditch that crosses West over 850 and Chad said, you know, that's County Highway drain So I need to talk with Gary about allowing us to use that for our drainage So I met with Gary and he was fine with that So Chad's comment was as long as the highway is fine with it, then he was fine with it We will go the drainage board Only two of the lots might need to daylight. So we're going to go to the drainage board so we can daylight into that ditch with our drainage. But other than that, there weren't very many comments.

4:12Speaker 5

I've got no issues. I'll make a motion to approve.

4:15Speaker 6

We have a motion to approve.

4:17Speaker 1

We'll second it.

4:20 – 4:31Speaker 6

I have a first and a second. All those in favor say aye. Aye. Opposed, same sign. Motion carries unanimously. Perfect.

4:32Speaker 4

Thank you very much. Appreciate your time this morning. Thank you.

4:58 – 5:27Speaker 2

All right, the second item today is Busey, which is located in Greentownship. Property, this is a larger tract that we're having a small house lot divided out from on the north portion of it. There were just a few comments, and Mike has dealt with all of those, so I will turn it over to Mike to explain this project more.

5:34 – 6:07Speaker 3

Good morning. Good morning. This is a three and a half acre tract cut out of the northwest corner of a larger piece of ground there between 1000 North and 1100 North on Meridian Road. Mr. Bussey is wanting to sell this parcel, and then he's going to build a house on a larger tract as well. But the tile that we're going to hook into is going to be installed, goes to the north, that's to an existing tile. So this is one where there's no three-to-one. It's a nice rectangular lot and seems to be going pretty well. So I'd be happy to answer any questions.

6:33Speaker 5

Mike, what's the status? I know it said here on the tick that they need to sign off for off-site easement for the tile. Has that been addressed?

6:41 – 7:12Speaker 3

Yeah, the owner that owns the ground to the north has the tile. He is actually going to install the tile to the south because he really doesn't want an easement, but we want this owner to make sure that he protects himself for the use of the easement. But if it's on his ground, if he installs it to his ground, there's really no easement needed, but... I've advised them to get an easement with language that they can't take that right away. And that has to be recorded prior to recording of the plan. Okay.

7:16Speaker 5

You did get him to agree to the easement, though? Oh, yeah. Yeah. Yeah.

7:41 – 8:01Speaker 2

that indicator that Surveyor we have a routing sheet then it goes around with that when it comes around to be recorded There would not sign off then on that Was recorded That's that's the checking balance in that whole problem.

8:02Speaker 4

Yep. Thank you. Thank you

8:36Speaker 1

I'll make a motion we approve.

8:39Speaker 6

We have a first motion to approve.

8:44Speaker 5

I'll make a second. Just highlighting that the easements on these do get recorded prior to the block.

8:55Speaker 6

Are you okay with the addition to that motion?

9:02Speaker 6

All those in favor say aye. Aye. Opposed, same sign. Motion carries unanimously. Thank you guys.

9:21Speaker 2

That's it for today.

9:25Speaker 1

I'll be out of town next month's meeting if we have one.

9:31Speaker 2

Pressure's on the rest of you to show up next month then.

9:42Speaker 4

Make a motion to adjourn.

9:46Speaker 6

All those in favor, say aye.

9:49Speaker 6

We are adjourned.
