I just wanted to take a few minutes to update you on some of the safety and weather improvements recently done on the board on the trail. So we have had a good discussion about signs with our Gary P and Lenny. We have identified where the signs were. I think they didn't realize that along with signs on the county roads, bike trails also had to be marked. So I think we have at least got this assurance that after some work on the road in Pachhad is completed, they will establish some of those 911 location signs. We also want to thank Kori. They gave us a load of soil, which will help us to make a platform between 500 and 600 West for divyagas. So we will make a path of a stone and we hope to grow some grass on it so that the grass cutting machines can take care of it. So Kauri is doing a very good job with us. Apart from this, during the previous storms, some cyclists helped us by giving information about the fallen trees. One of them is before these storms, when Marion and her husband removed those trees within an hour. In this last incident, three trees fell on the road. Within the next two days, we succeeded in removing them so that the road could be easier and safer for people to walk. I am here today because the proposed Parmati Park and Paddling Corridor directly influence my privacy, legal responsibilities and my hard work on the basis of which the property is valued. I would like to speak directly on the adoption of the Paddling Corridor with Sugar Creek. Under the Indian Water Law, this part of Sugar Creek is legally classified as a waterway in non-negotiable form. This means that the public does not have the right to the banks or riverbeds. The riverbeds and banks are completely owned by the nearby private landowners. My property is clearly bordered on the border of private property. By inviting the public to use this area as a waterway right next to my land, you are creating a temporary barrier. After the natural river, paddlers will either plow the land on the banks of the river or pull their boats on the banks of the river. This is not just an ordinary inconvenience. This is an ongoing civil civil and criminal crime on private property. Apart from this, I am very concerned about the fall in the value of property. However, the county is currently waiting for two free parking lots and a parking lot for 26 acres of land. However, the surrounding houses do not completely ignore the damage done to the owners. On 400 North and 100 West of Mena-Nigrani-Wali-Salvajanik, heavy traffic, garbage and late night activities near my house will have a negative effect on the market value of my house.
