City manager doctor Earl? Present. City attorney Marino? Present. Madam mayor, have a quorum.

Thank you, madam clerk. The time is now 05:10PM. We're about to have an attorney client session in accordance with Florida state statute two eight six point one one regarding a case of Towers of Oceanview East Condominium Association Incorporated, a Florida not for profit corporation versus the city of Hallandale Beach case number CACE26040044399. The session is estimated to last no longer than a half hour, and the following people will be in attendance at this meeting, myself, mayor Joy Cooper, city commissioners Mike Butler, Joy Adams, Annabel Lima Taub, city manager Jeremy Earl, city attorney Jennifer Marino, and Maxine Streeter. These proceedings will be recorded by a certified court reporter and at the conclusion of all litigation, discuss the transcript when we made part of the, sorry, pages stuck together, public record.
