Greensburg we pray God not just for the citizen Greensburg we pray for every citizen in the United States of America we ask that you send down your Holy Spirit God that you lead us and guide us and God you you allow us father God to make the best decision for this city on tonight God bring us together God God we love you we magnify you in your son Jesus name we do pray amen and thank God Amen at this time we'll have the approval of the agenda count I entertaining motion and a second to approve the agenda second it's been second any discussion no further discussion all fav ra your right hand thank you so much approve minutes for October 21 2024 regular session minutes and we run the executive session minutes with M well I entertain a motion to approve the regular session and executive session minut of October 21 2023 motion to approve pass to the left it's been second any discussion discussion all fa your right hand thank you so much move right along to Old the second reading request for reone at 1310 silon Road greensbor Georgia uh from R2 to A2 for expansion of greenhouse good evening mayor and coun even thank you um pure beauty Farms has submitted an

application to reone from R2 to A2 um on behalf of Flowerland of Georgia and the property is surrounded by A2 property um on that side of the road and we recommend that it be approved this a second reason you heardest coming from regarding 1310 Ro this time I entertain motion to approve motion to approve second is there second any discussion no discussion thank you so much new business vle Ser plus sale Mr yes may councel what you have in your agenda package is um we have three items that um we need to Surplus um before we can do anything with them but for Georgia law um the vehicle belongs to the man Council of the city of Greenberg we need authorization to Surplus it is a 2013 for tourus 2010 CR Victoria 2008 um for Crown Victoria tus has 190,000 miles on it Crown Victoria 2010 has 152 and the um 08 is unknown um this is going to be Standard Process um whenever um Department specifically the police department get um a vehicle in we're going to rotate them out we're not going to um keep them on the fleet there's some spares but um we're going to rotate them in and out um 190,000 mies you know that that's a lot for Public Safety vehicle so um we and it's hopefully the um plan that um mayor and um the staff has come up with to rotate them um it's going to be nothing but a month or two or splice and that we'll keep the fleet rotate we're not going to do what we did

last time and buy 6 s eight at one time we're going to just rotate them all out every every year so we're going to put them on the um program so they always have something to um even if you miss one year still you more likely our Fleet is going to be caught up so um we're just asking for approval for that and hopefully um I was going to get with the finance specialist Department uh me and the may we going to come up with probably put these funds back into a vehicle create a vehicle replacement fund something else to leverage some of the funds so um we're asking for approval of surplus these vehicles you heard the request com from I I motion to accept or to approve motion to approve it's been second any discussion no F discussion raing your hand thank you so much do you have a new business no new business but I do have second session what matter person two maybe three City attorney do you have any new new service mayor City cler can you give can you give us the information on the uh boys and girls club versus city of greensbor basketball we have those dates I'll come back all right yeah I have one discuss person I

mean person yes sir coun no counc SM back to you City you have any new out of this time out this time the date is July 19th on Tuesday starts at 6 July 19th what no I'm sorry no November 19 2024 city of greensbor will be conducting a basketball game with boys and girls club at the Boys and Girls Club gymnasium um our youth counsel is putting on this basketball ra with boys and girls 12 also our youth council is is uh they're having a food drive November 1st through November 22nd councilman right just walked in can you give us the details on that food drive well through this entire month of November we are having a food drive the last food the last day of the food drive will be November 24th and our proceeds go to those who are less fortunate and we just want everybody to be blessed where can we bring the food items to Green County High School career center what time anytime anytime yes sir all right thank you so much thank you I think you might want to stretch num Parish Parish by y they don't want like caned Foods yeah canned goods got you I'm I hope nobody takes the apple pie at this time I take a motion to go into executive
