1:31Speaker 1

You have the same ones we do. That'd be great. Okay. So turn it the other way because you're up to down right now.

1:41Speaker 2

There we go.

1:43 – 1:56Speaker 3

So I brought a sample of what, I think there was a question about what the folk were, if we were gonna be able to have the wood grain. And as you can see, that has the wood grain in it Needs a microphone. For the post that will be covered.

1:56Speaker 1

Could you grab the microphone?

1:58Speaker 3

Yeah. I am. I'm scooting over here just in a second.

2:01Speaker 1

There's a handle in there too, by the way.

2:03Speaker 3

Okay. Can you hear me okay this way?

2:05 – 2:21Speaker 3

Okay. Do I need to be sworn in or anything like Nope. Okay. So, I'm Michelle Miller. I know that Kate was our permit coordinator, and she's been corresponding with Tom and my and the customer through this process.

2:22 – 2:55Speaker 3

So I wanna apologize. This design has been changed numerous times, but when it came to my desk, I it was originally a flag. So this part was missing on the side. And once I took a look at it, because the cabinet itself is gonna probably weigh maybe 60 to 70 pounds, so I kind of redesigned it myself looking at it so that we had stability. So, the changes were made just for it to be structurally sound.

2:55 – 3:23Speaker 3

We would be using a three inch schedule 40 poles that go all the way around the perimeter with concrete footers. The faux brick will be have cutouts in the side so that we can weld in steel tubing that will attach the sign. That's really gonna be the integrity that holds the sign in place. Along, the hanging lanterns are waterproof. They're, graded for outside.

3:25 – 3:49Speaker 3

They're made, they're solar lamps, and they have warm lighting. I know there was a question about the roping. The roping will not be part of the faux brick. That, we will be adding. We're using a fiber heavy duty rope that is nautical four strand, and it will be attached with construction adhesive and then also screwed in.

3:51 – 4:17Speaker 3

The cabinet itself is what we call a shoebox, and the letters will be dimensional on the on the actual cabinet itself. So it's made with steel. The steel will actually be on the sides that holds that into place, and the landscaping plan has been discussed between zoning, the customer, and ourselves.

4:22 – 4:43Speaker 1

Well, thank you. Any questions from the Board? Hearing no questions, do we have a motion for approval? The sign is submitted. I make a motion to approve. Is there a second? I'll second that. Any further discussion? Hearing none, Wendy, we call the roll.

4:43Speaker 2

4:45Speaker 2
