Um but I don't think we need to uh deliberate before we make an initial indication. Uh so I will indicate that um uh my choice at this point is uh our current deputy city attorney Phil Stum. Uh Mr. Kilgore Commissioner. Yes. Uh in addition my uh choice currently is our interim city attorney Phil Stro.

Kudos to all three candidates. They were all fabulous. I really enjoyed interviewing them. Um, I'm ready to support uh, Mr. Strong today. And, um, Commissioner Sassi, I concur. I concur with the body. Okay. Well, then we don't even need to do the politeness of having a second vote for a unanimous uh, vote. We can just do it the first time. Got a support. I have a motion in support to appoint our interim city attorney as our new city attorney. All in favor say or does it have to be a roll call vote?
