Okay, folks. I'm going to start round two. Um, I would suggest if it's amenable to everybody that uh having thought about it overnight, we uh Pardon, I did roll call. They're all here.

Okay. um that we do uh that we simply start by uh indicating uh who are preferred choices without a formal vote because if we have a uh that will allow us if there's not uh a clear majority for a candidate then uh that'll give anyone who wants an opportunity to change anyone to advocate and try to change other people's minds they can do so. Um but I don't think we need to uh deliberate before we make an initial indication. Uh so I will indicate that um uh my choice at this point is uh our current deputy city attorney Phil Stum. Uh Mr. Kilgore Commissioner. Yes. Uh in addition my uh choice currently is our interim city attorney Phil Stro.

Uh Commissioner Knight, I concur. My choice is Phil Stro. Uh Commissioner Belch, I agree. I think Phil is the best for our needs. Commissioner Purdue. Uh, yesterday was really enlightening. Kudos to all three candidates. They were all fabulous. I really enjoyed interviewing them. Um, I'm ready to support uh, Mr. Strong today. And, um, Commissioner Sassi, I concur. I concur with the body. Okay. Well, then we don't even need to do the politeness of having a second vote for a unanimous uh, vote. We can just do it the first time. Got a support. I have a motion in support to appoint our interim city attorney as our new city attorney. All in favor say or does it have to be a roll call vote?
