To vote on the approval of the sale of Town-owned property at 83 Salmon Brook Street to FNG Enterprises LLC for $245,000, as approved by the Board of Selectmen and Board of Finance pursuant to Section 11-3(a)(3) of the Town Charter. Purchase and Sale Agreement and related documents are available in the Office of the Town Manager.
