Planning Board - Regular Meeting

I'm calling open the public meeting up for tonight. Look like that we're going to have enough to have a quorum to actually have a meeting. These four we don't have it. Um that being said, I would like to propose to the other to make a motion to have a special meeting. All right, then. Um, I'd like the staff to explore that have that scheduled and notify everybody 6:30 anybody up and I know some of these projects people would like to move ready to move on to get council next month and would but if we had the meeting on the 29th would they still be Yeah, I don't think that'd be a problem. Yeah, we essentially advertise for both publicancing.

They probably do something about that. They That's all right. They gonna have it for the 13th. Send a letter to the mayor. See if she Right. All right. We're gonna keep that until the 13th. Yeah, I apologize for you guys showing up tonight and us not being able to hear uh your matters before the city tonight. And hopefully uh you'll get some good news this week. by you to let you know that we got it back on for the 29th. If by chance it don't fit in that category where we can't get it back on because of some time constraints or something that you apologize again and thank you for showing guys anything you'd like to talk about.
