In accordance with the provisions of the Ralph M. Brown Act (GC § 54950 et seq.), no action or discussion may take place by the Commission on any item not on the posted agenda. The Commission may respond to statements made or questions asked, and may direct the staff to report back on the topic at a future meeting.

26-180 Sandpiper Golf Course Renovation and New Clubhouse Project with height and setback adjustments and Final EIR located at 7925 Hollister Avenue, APN 079-210-059; Case Nos. 22-0001-CDPH (in concept); 22-0009-DP-CUP; and 22-0032-DRB
Recommendation: 1. Adopt Resolution 26-____ entitled “A Resolution of the Planning Commission of the City of Goleta, recommending that the City Council of the City of Goleta, California: 1) Adopt environmental findings pursuant to the California Environmental Quality Act, 2) Certify the Sandpiper Golf Course Renovation and New Clubhouse Project Final Environmental Impact Report (SCH No. 2024120923), 3) Adopt the Mitigation Monitoring and Reporting Program, and 4) Approve Alternative 4 (Extended Bicycle Path) Development Plan and Conditional Use Permit for the Sandpiper Golf Course Renovation and New Clubhouse Project at 7925 Hollister Avenue Goleta; APN 079-210-059; Case Nos. 22-0001-CDPH (in concept); 22-DP-CUP; and 22-0032-DRB. 2. Adopt Resolution 26-____ entitled “A Resolution of the Planning Commission of the City Of Goleta, California recommending that the City Council of the City of Goleta, California approve the Alternative 4: Extended Bicycle Path Development Plan for the Sandpiper Golf Course Renovation and New Clubhouse Project with height and setback adjustments and deny the Original Project proposal for the Sandpiper Golf Course Renovation and New Clubhouse Project at 7925 Hollister Avenue Goleta; APN 079-210-059; Case Nos. 22-0001-CDPH (in concept); 22-DP-CUP; and 22-0032-DRB.
