Recommendation: A. Adopt Resolution No. 26-__ entitled, “A Resolution of the City Council of the City of Goleta, California, Approving and Authorizing the City Manager to Execute a Modification of Grant Deed and a Water Pipeline Easement to Effectuate the Relocation of a Water Pipeline Easement in Stow Grove Park”, and authorize the City Clerk to Accept the Quitclaim of the Former Easement on Behalf of the City; and B.
