Thank you, Mr. Chair. I am submitting the agenda abstract and supporting documents into the official record of the town. The second item before you tonight is resoning 2025-16. A resoning requested by Wayne Malden of Malden Walk and Surveying, PA, at 220 West Academy Street, pin number 0656879758. This is a resoning for a total of 0.992 acres from the downtown center 1 resoning to the office and institutional conditional zoning district. Uh staff recommends approval of the proposed zoning map amendment as it is reasonable and in the best interest of the public for the following reasons. The requested zoning map amendment is consistent with the 2040 community vision land use plan classification of downtown. The requested zoning district supports the LUP's policy 2.1 encourage infill development and redevelopment inside town limits. The requested zoning district supports the LUP's policy 2.5 grow in downtown and the proposed conditions offered as part of the petition align with the goals of the 2040 land use plan and effectively plan for the site's future development potential. Most of you know it's at the same location they are now. They have purchased a piece of property. They're in the rental building right beside of it now.
