Great. And that is good news. City clerk, are there any changes to the special meeting agenda at all?

No, there are not.

All right. I'll entertain a motion to approve the agenda. So moved. Alright, we have a motion by council member council vice president and a second by council member Vang. Any opposition to approving the agenda? Seeing none, the agenda is approved four to zero. At this point, we only have one one item in closed session today. Consider public employee appointment government code section five four nine five seven b considering the appointments, employment evaluation of performance, discipline, or dismissal of a public employee. The title is city clerk. And I'm the sponsor of that item.

So we'll go ahead take public comments on that item at this point. If there's anyone in the audience who would like to speak public comment on this item, you have three minutes. Alright. Seeing none.
